We were four and was placed on a cabin. Could have been nice if we got some toiletries like the regular rooms. And sadlly parking is not oncluded for hotel guests.

Everything was great during our stay. The service was 11/10. It is though important to mention that they do not offer free parking, which is at leat 100,- per day more. The restaurant has an outstanding view and a really great breakfast.

We stayed for 4 nights with another couple. We couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel was in a perfect location, the breakfast was amazing. Many thanks for a wonderful stay, we will definitely b back.

My girlfriend and I went for a romantic stay in a suite in beautiful Tjøme.
Unfortunately the room and services didn't live up to normal standards.
The room was cold when we arrived, about 15 degrees outside with heavy rain, and there was not coffee or tea available to warm us up despite renting the suite with a kitchen.
There was such a strong smell of chlorine by the pool and sauna that it was unpleasant to stay for more than 10 minutes. Also no bathrobes or slippers were provided, not even for sale when I asked in the reception.
The rooms were more like an apartment than an actual suite.
Tjøme was absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit.

Great location, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast range. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very well equipped, modern and comfortable. Even had a washing machine. Highly recommended.

We checked in for one night stay. We got a room with a toalett that was not flushing. They moved us to a cabin. The sink was blocked. We were four but they only had 2 beds ready for us, and it took a while before we got a crib for the baby. Very disappointing!

The location was the best. The hotel however is outdated and lacks comfort.
They only have 1 restaurant and the food was not particularly good.
We weren't informed at check-in that we would have to pay a parking spot if we needed to charge our car, even though they announced it on their website as part of the amenities and we ended up with a parking fine that the reception refused to cover.
We wont be coming back probably.

We know and understand it was Corona time, but there was no choice, there was no milk, coffee machine was out of order

The dinner on our last day was a big disappointment as we were told we could not eat in the restaurant until 8.30pm as a large group was booked and used the restaurant. We were told we could eat the same as them but the kitchen closed at 9pm! There are no other places to eat nearby.Thanks to the nice Portoguese twins it ended ok

we came to Havna hotel with a boat on very nice summer day, and warm.Hotel lacks air conditions in the rooms, and rooms are small.Breakfast is good, the area perfect for the summer vacation.Issue is when u come with a boat you like to be sure you have boat parking and this they could not reserve or promise us.

The property is amazing for families. Kids run free for fishing, beach, yard games, etc.cose to “Worlds End” for an amazing vista and dinner

I think we were the only people staying at the hotel - the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us.
They upgraded our room and were very helpful with our dinner and breakfast. I wish we had more time and daylight to see the place, as it was a bit off the beaten path. I would like to see this place in the summer.

Great location and walking. Excellent restaurant. Rooms OK but heating was not good, nor room facilities, nor check in. Restaurant staff excellent. Room was clean too.

Searched sandefjord for a hotel got this one which is only a few miles in a straight line from Sandefjord however over one hours drive as its across the water and you have to drive via Tonsberg so not a good result
Also hotel being refurbished so in a bit of a mess
