Always good and reliable stay. The service is friendly and efficient, especially in the restaurant. We generally like the rooms, clean and cozy.

The stay was awesome until I got up at 5:00am to take a shower and there was NO HOT WATER.
We were very disappointed that we had to take cold showers.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were half drinken sodas in the mini fridge and something had spilled and dried on the desk. I let the front desk know and all they said was ''oh''. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always loved it. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. The staff is amazing. We love Hudson’s Bar and Grill too. We had Thanksgiving dinner there for the second year in a row and will be back next year. It’s a great convenient location for going into Portland.

It was okay. But I think they put us in the broken room because we booked on Hotels com :(. The phone was broken, the balcony was inaccessible due to "maintenance", however it looked like nothing was being done, it looked fine. The TV wasn't working. Only stayed one night on the way to our nephew's tournament. Have stayed here once before several years ago and wasn't overwhelmed then either. Not worth the price and add on fees. Cute hotel with lots of possibilities. Staff was like warm. Bed was okay, but stiff, we woke up with leg and back pains 😔. The shower has mold in it and just did not look clean. Carpet was the same, it also did not appear to be clean 😔. Overall disappointed. We had heard good things about the hotel from friends and family and we travel frequently so we thought we would try it again. Won't book a 3rd time 😣.

We always enjoy our stay st the Heathman Lodge.
Usually everything is perfect.
This time, however in room 359 we had a very uncomfortable bed. The mattress is old and soft. It really needs to be changed out for a new one.
Other than that, our stay was good.

Only “complaint” was that we couldn’t get the hot tub jets to work and no water in the workout room.
Room was great, staff was great. took a minute to get used to the birds chirping through the speakers in the hallway - but it does add a lovely outdoor/indoor feel once you get used to it!

This is a nice place. The staff and restaurant are great. There are only a couple of complaints I have; first the air conditioner is loud, and the mattress was not very comfortable. It’s really not a bad place, but I’m not sure if I’ll stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Extremely clean and very good food and drinks at the restaurant and bar down stairs.

What a horrible experience!! Our room wasn’t ready at check in and the girl said she would call us and let us know when it was ready. 2 hours later and we never got a call. The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on! Our room was charged $88 for breakfast that we didn’t order and haven’t heard back from the manager. I would never recommend this hotel!!

Very nice stay - room was spacious and the bed comfortable but unfortunately the view wasn’t the best - reception staff were nice and friendly - complementary tea / coffee at reception - parking can be challenging at times as the in-house restaurant gets busy. Breakfast is nice but expensive $60 for the two of us so for a 5 night stay would have been expensive, therefore only had it the first morning. Overall a very pleasant stay and if we are ever back in the area would stay again.

My daughter and I are not from this area, we were blown away by the staff and the lodge in itself! Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and our double queen room was HUGE! I would definitely recommend staying here, and we for sure will be back.

Why is it so difficult to provide proper signage signifying the ENTRANCE? I don't fault you for turning your valet port into an outdoor eating area. BUT... you hid your entrance behind an opaque covering and provide no clear signage, making it difficult for first time visitors to find a proper way in.
