Stained bed sheet. Paint peeling in bathtub. Curtains no dark enough and allowed a lot of light in. Windows we’re not sound muffling allowing a lot of traffic noise.

Uncomfortable furniture, including mattress and couch. Very noisy! Felt like we were near a racetrack with all the street noise. WiFi minimal in our 4th floor room.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Nice that checkout was at 12 so I could wait for tornados from Helen's to pass before commencing my trip

You get what pay for. Okay value for money. Worn down furniture. Spots on the carpet. But okay beds. Service is… not to be found

Service was great, check-in was easy room was comfy and clean. The only problem we had was the bathroom tub was disgusting. It needs to be redone. There was dirt stained on the bottom of it and it felt slippery.

The front desk person was friendly. The room was average at best. Very close to the highway. The bathroom/tub was very old and delaminating, with no TP holder. There are better options in Lumberton

Don’t click pay at property because they do not allow it. Charged my card for a room booked for another guest and would not reverse and charge correct card. Breakfast was cleaned up way before ending posted time both mornings. Posted time ends 10:30 and cleaned before 10. Bathroom smelled like mildew and front desk staff had huge holes on the inside of her pants and sat on couch with shoes off like she was at home.

The carpets were nasty and stained, the phone in the room didn’t work. You couldn’t connect to the WIFi though you were given the WIFI p-word. Guest services came before check out and tried to open the door to come clean the room before we had even departed from our stay: went to checkout to get a receipt no one was @ the front desk though you could hear people talking in the back. Overall not happy with our stay and will not be staying here again:

Right off the highway and amazing Mexican food across the street. Staff were great but the room itself had a bad smell, stains all over car035, desk chair looked like it was from a junk yard with leather almost all peeled off. Beds were find if it’s just an overnight sleep to keep driving in morning. Free breakfast had juices, coffee, eggs, sausage and gravy and biscuits. Cereals were Raisin Bran, fruit loops and Honey Nut Cheerios.

The location really showed its age. However, it was clean and the difference in price from other hotels in the area made it good choice for us.

As for the staff, they were absolutely amazing from the lady at check-in, the lady running breakfast, and the lady at check-out. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Our rooms however were quite outdated and the carpets in both rooms were DISGUSTING. It was sticky when walking on it barefoot (which I only did one time and wore shoes the rest of the time) and the carpet was also stained everywhere. The curtains were stained at the bottom also.

Convenient place to stay for a night when you’re driving from the bottom of the country to the top. It’s right of the interstate and many dinning options as well as gas

The place was awful. The rugs were stained, the fabric on the desk chair was all ripped and the air conditioner was so noisy it kept waking us up all night. Breakfast was included but when we went down to eat at 8:30 the breakfast room was empty of all food, even though there was an hour left of service hours. No manager was on site to address my issues.

My husband and I stayed at this location due to a business trip and chose this hotel because they are usually a nicer hotel. There was splatters of something on the walls and there wasn’t even a cover on the wall socket. The refrigerator was literally coming apart and the sink leaks onto the shelf underneath. Open the cabinet to the fridge and there is dirt along edge and the bathroom tub is actually peeling. There was also no remote in the room for the television. The only redeeming fact was that the front desk person was extremely nice just wish the room was the same!

The hotel pitcures online did not represent the awful conditions of the room. The carpet had stains throughout. The bathroom exhaust fan was missing & there wasan opening in the ceailing. The tub looked dirty & layers were peeled off. It also smelled like urine in the bathroom. The walls were dirty & one of the bed sheets had a stain. I was told I could not be offered another room because the hotel was booked. At check out waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. All the staff were outside talking & it wasn't until the person in charge of the breakfast called staff over that someone came.

I loved the lobby area and the friendly staff. When I got to my room it appeared very nice and clean. Around 215am I saw a baby roach. I went to the bathroom and came out there was a bigger one. As I am getting my stuff out the fridge to leave there some by the microwave and falling off the door by the fridge it was infested.

We reserved 2 rooms. Both were on the 4th floor. 1st room: carpets very dirty and stained. Looks as if they had not been vacuumed. bed sheets not put on properly. We could have lived with this but our daughter's room was also bad. Her door was partially open. There were used Qtips on the floor and the carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. When they decided they did not want that room, they found that the door did not latch or lock as they left. We went to the front desk to get her another room. The girl at the front desk (who was very nice and apologetic) said there was only one room left. We went to look at it and there was a dead cockroach on the floor upon entry. Again, the floors were extremely dirty and stained and appeared to not have been vacuumed. Also the toilet was very dirty and stained. We left the room and then requested a refund and went to another hotel.

The first room had blood spot on the top cover, big red spot on the floor and also blood on the walls in bedroom and also the bathroom wall. Front desk attendant came to check it and switched rooms, upon switching rooms it was ok but still lots wrong. But no where had suites available so I dealt with it. When we decided to shower the tub was so backed up we had to shower in the sink. I told front desk and no one seemed to care two nights of that what a waste of money. Water damage on window panel and gross floors in the room and the hall. I’m pregnant so showering in a dirty tub with dirty water if I had a cut of any type I could get a infection

There was water damage all through out the room. The tub was soaked and had other peoples body hair in it. The floors were stained every inch of the room. When putting the fold out bed back together we found an old muddy work boot behind the bed with trash. We arrived at breakfast at 8:30 with an hour remaining. There was no eggs left and only a few sausages. The bagel was stale. We sat at a long table as it could fit my party of 7. Over top was a huge water hole that ended up dripping all over our table and food. We notified the staff and she said it's been like that for 3 weeks! So clearly this hotel staff doesn't care about the appearance of this place. We have stayed at country inn and suites before in Virginia and this one did not live up to that hotels standards.

It was awful! Room was dirty, no shower curtain, refrigerator was broken, pool was closed and water was green/black. It was advertised they had a pool.over all stay was horrible! Will never stay there again!!

Booked 3 rooms for family. Our room was uninhabitable— musty, moldy smell due to leaky air conditioning. Made my husband ill. Left that room and stayed in daughter in laws room. Carpet was stained everywhere. the bed mattress was stained with urine and blood. Sheets were clean, but we were afraid to walk on floor or even shower. No one in our group of 9 did. We waited until we got to the place were we’re heading to then showered and washed all our clothing. It was gross. It didn’t use to be a bad place, but I will never stay there again

The room had wa located on the 1st floor. The carpet smeels like mold as if long standing water was there for a long period and time vs replacing it. The tub was peeling and cracking off pieces on top of being dirty and hair all over the floor from the previous person. When I asked for a room change they were sold out unfortunately. Being 5 months pregnant and forced to stay in a uncomfortable room was not ideal. Staff was nice and provided me the managers email address, but I lost the email.

Didrty Smell of elevator. Bathroom-bathtub is dirty, chipped off paint all over, black mold on thw wall. Carpet floor is dirty and disgusting. Seem like construction workers has been sleeping there.
