good place to sleep

I like it is clean, and nice looking around. Hot and cold breakfast. Stuff is nice. Close to many restrants and stores, but still quiet area. I am enjoing stay there.

The room was very roomy and clean.

Whoever helped us the day we checked out, it was 2 different men, we’re so nice ! Like it was so refreshing. They were very kind and knowledgeable!! Give them a raise!

Nice room

Very comfortable stay. Friendly stay--just a little mix up when checking in due to someone else with a similar name. Nice breakfast. Really like the open center staircase.

Nice area to shop

We got there after a very long drive to find out that when we made our reservations it was a pet friendly hotel and was NOT. We ended up canceling and going to a Home 2 suites. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel has recently been remodeled. Bright and clean. Nice breakfast and comfortable room and beds.

I felt the comfort, it lived up to its name, A very comfortable bed in a well-equipped room. They offer a good breakfast, but we did not go early enough to be able to enjoy some of the hot items.

We booked it for one night stay , their staff is super friendly.

Room was good and bed and pillows were comfortable. Even though we faced the highway, it was relatively quiet. The A/C unit came on very often and it did wake us up intermittently. I'd probably wear ear plugs for that. Property was clean and inviting and looked more updated than many hotels. Breakfast had good biscuits and had ample variety. Very near many dinner options and such. I would stay there again.

Staff was super nice, asked me if i was satisfied with room at first glance. The lady called me back once she found my reservation and didn't have to. So thankful because i was only in town for xcsape/swv tour. So that made my wkend!!!

The day we were to Check out O7/02/24 my Boyfriend got stuck in the Elevator and the Emergency Call did not work and pushing the Emergency Alarm in the Elevator multiple time did not get a response from Hotel Staff. My Boyfriend was Yelling for Help and another guest heard him and went to the front Desk for help. Soon after the Elevator returned to the First Floor and my Boyfriend was able to Exit the Elevator and will be Reporting all of this to the Fire Marshall and City Inspector and contacting his Attorney once we return home. The Emergency Phone feature not working and no one answering it is not only unsafe it is illegal. No one from the Hotel Staff responding to the Emergency Alarm being rang multiple time is unacceptable. We have requested a full refund for the 4 days at this Hotel but have not heard if the money will be Refunded but that is something our Attorney can deal with. Other than the Elevator incident our stay was good the Hotel was quiet and the Room was Clean but we will not be staying here again.

Great hotel in a great location. Close to shopping and lots of dining options. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable bedding, good location in Cuyahoga Falls for the Pretenders show in the East End of Akron. Nice breakfast included. Everything was a positive experience. This is the second time a friend and i have stayed overnight in town for a concert.

Air conditioning unit did not work well. Had it set at 60 and was still warm in the room. Only clean room every three days. Breakfast was not great

Not worth the money

Easy access to rooms and amenities. Friendly staff. Very clean and a good breakfast

Decent stay

Was not happy that it is no longer a marriott property. They are now a comfort suites. Big price differnce between comforts and marriotts. Still paid marriott price.

It was a nice stay. The suite has everything available including the kitchen and friendly staff

V w ry impressed with room, amenities and staffs interactions

Checked out and was charged an additional security deposit- when I called to ask about it she said someone was talking about her and distracted her. Now I have to wait. Also our door didn’t shut properly but other than that everything was fine.
