Great place to stay close to Blossom Music Center. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The staff were very friendly and so kind! My only complaint would be that due to the age of the building the AC was not quite as cool as I’d have liked and we had issues with a few of the electrical outlets not working, but there were plenty and were able to find more than enough that did!

Breakfast room was clean and breakfast had a good variety of things. Hotel appeared clean. Laundry room was tidy and has one washer, one dryer, $2 for each. Air conditioner in room kept it comfortably cool, but very damp and linens, clothes, carpet stayed damp as a result. Rated cleanliness a 3 because one of the beds needed immediate attention due to a gross, crusty stain on the comforter and dirty sheets that hadn't been changed. Had to wait until the next day to address this because we arrived after housekeeping had left. Appreciated immediate attention to this the next morning. All linens were changed and the room was cleaned. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned again during our visit. The door to the room latched but did not lock, so anyone could enter while we were out. Maintenance fixed this the afternoon after we arrived. Staff response to these issues was appreciated. I was traveling with two teens and would have felt better about the place if the bedding/linens and door issue hadn't come up. We often visit in this area and the hotel was comparable to others immediately around it in age and quality.

The hot Oatmeal in the breakfast was served with plastic wrap around the dish. Not a good idea.

We stayed at this property since it was close to Blossom. Property was close and staff was very friendly. Would stay here again!!

Breakfast buffet was not stocked: no plates or OJ. Oatmeal was watery gruel. Also, staff should encourage courtesy for all guests. It's a shame that parents didn't care if their children were running amok and yelling. Very hard to sleep and enjoy breakfast.

Hotel could use some updating. Hallways had a very odd smell. Room was clean but bed was hard as a rock.

They dont have adequate staff, causing you to wait at the front desk forever. The workout room smells musty, definitely needs an update

It is fine but my least favorite of the five hotels there. Stayed on the first floor and probably should have asked to move up. Floor was a little wet by window a/c unit, all felt a little beaten up. Worked for visiting family but will likely spend a few more dollars to stay elsewhere in that general area in the future.

Our room smelled pretty bad, there was some kind of a sticky substance on the carpet and the air conditioner seemed to have issues as it clicked repeatedly all night.

A/C didn't work in our room. The hotel advertises a hot tub, but they do not have one. Beds were not that comfortable and the breakfast was one of the worst I've had.

Didn't seem as clean as most Hamptons. Handicap room had plenty of room for wheelchairs, but the location of the bath towels and tissues was above the head level of anyone 5'4 or shorter. Bathtub floor was nasty. When we turned on the heat, it had the smell of burnt dust that did not go away. Blood stain in the mattress pad that was visible through the sheet.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice choices for free breakfast. Hotel under remodel but did a good job of accommodations under these conditions. Only negative, drains were slow.

This hotel recently had a huge water leak on the second floor and was undergoing construction. The water in the toilet in our first room would not shut off. We moved to a different room the second night and the shower valve on the tub nozzle was almost impossible to use. I understand things happen & construction when necessary, however, these rooms should be checked to be sure all things are in working order. The bed was terrible, everyone in our party (3 rooms) woke up stiff. The staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I blame corporate or the franchise owner for the issues. This may have been the worst stay we have ever had in a hilton property.

Staff is very friendly, conveniently located, restaurant s around the hotel and gas station close by, hot breakfast and coffee is goog, only con i have is the bathroom has zero counter space, just a sink and very inconvenient.

Line of guests waiting at front desk for quite a while until someone came out. He said that usually he would hear the sound of the door but it was being kept open. Much of property was damaged by water recently so floors, carpets, walls were wet or stripped down from damage. Very outdated hotel. Carpet and in rooms, elevator and hallways very dirty.

Property was repairing water damage so they didn’t have enough rooms available.

They didn’t have microwaves or drawers for clothing and only 1 hanger in the closet. The breakfast room had water damage on the ceiling. The food was good and staff very welcoming. My sister however was given a plunger when her toilet got clogged. I was very surprised cause the Stow/Hudson area is a very well to do area. I won’t be staying here again. If I do stay at the Hampton it will be in Streetsboro. Their facility is very nice.
