It was right on the Bay, so a beautiful view. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. We landed the night before I cruise and spent the night there so it was a short drive from the airport and not a bad drive to the cruise port. They do offer transportation to the cruise port for just $12 a person.

Pull out bed/mattress was disgusting with what appeared to be feces pieces and smeared. The room we were moved to also had a dirty pull out sofa bed and the back of bathroom door was also dirty. Its apparent proper and thorough cleaning is not happening. We paid for bay view and had to move to only suite available without view.

Overall, very good. Nice and comfortable room. Staff was nice and helpful. Good restaurant within walking distance. Close to airport. Only issue was guest noise and noise due to elevator and ice machine outside of room.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Check in is easy, room was modern, clean, comfortable, breakfast had a pretty of choice, laundry on the floor was convenient and view to the pool with ocean was cool. I highly recommend for family and business trip.

The front desk didn’t know what they were doing. I had to pay twice for one reservation. I have yet to receive my deposit back. The rooms were comfortable but we weren’t next to the family we booked with. They weren’t prepared for our booking.

Property was clean Susan and Jamal were extremely nice. The downfall pool wasn't cleaned during our stay and housekeeping issue the 1st two days but was taken care of in a timely matter

The room was so clean, it looked brand new (not sure if it is?) and had everything we needed. The bathroom comes with all Doce products including hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Plenty of towels, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board. Free breakfast daily, affordable and convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Our flight was delayed - and not scheduled to land until after three am making the hotel room pointless. I called hotel and was told that they would not have an issue with refunding us but we would need to speak to hotels.com since it was booked via them. Called them- right at three thirty pm- they said they would need to call hotel. Told me thy would refund but up to hotel. I said that is what they just told me but said it’s up to you. Was put in hold while they contacted hotel. No one available to make decision but told to plan on the hotel being cancelled. Perfect.
Got an email a day later saying they were not able to cancel. Very upset. We would have we r to the hotel even just for 3-4 hours to nap/shower and eat for free but were specifically told ‘plan on it being cancelled’ so we stayed at the airport. So I payed for a room we didn’t get to use. Won’t use hotels.com or this hotel chain again.
