Immediately when you walk into the lobby all I could smell was wet dog. It was so overwhelming we went outside to wait for our room. The elevator sounds and feels like it’s gonna break down any second. Other than that my only other complaints are with the room. The curtains don’t close all the way so you have practically no privacy and sunlight waking you up at 5am. Super cool. The bed was AWFUL. My husband and I both woke up consistently all throughout the night with painful back pain. Constantly having to switch positions to get back to sleep only to wake up in pain a bit later. The sink in our bathroom was clogged and dirty. We defiantly won’t be back.

Staff super helpful and approachable. Nice pool area. Suite was very roomy for my group. Pull out bed wasn't super comfortable but it was convenient and usable. Was given option for extended check out so we could enjoy our breakfast(which was pretty decent) and the amenities. Will be staying again when we return.

Staff is slow. Hotel needs facilities uplift. First room given had not been cleaned so had to wait again for staff to slowly assign second room. And $160 for one night for two in a sleepy midwestern town?

Carpet in room is in need of replacement or cleaned, drapes would not close completely, bright light from street shining through, bottom fitted sheet did not fit. I like to see bed bug covers on matresses. Pillows completely flat.

This was the worst motel experience we have ever encountered in our world travels. We were put in a first floor room which adjoined to another room. Late in the evening there was a couple yelling and screaming at each other in the hallway for about a half hour and no one from the desk intervened to quiet them. Then before and after midnight there were children, including one that wasn’t talking yet, yelling and running around in the adjoining room that woke us up and kept us awake. There needs to be a sound barrier under the doors to stop the sound when the room is not being shared.
