The bathroom floor had a few crumbs and the fridge generated a loud tone at times during the night that woke me up.

We stayed 3 nights for a family reunion- it was very convenient and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had 2 bikes and the staff were able to accommodate a room for storage.

We love the location of the hotel, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was dlicious.

I was very happy here, it was quiet mainly because we were on the fourth floor. Breakfast was nice but the potatoes were a little too spicy for my wife. Our room was nice, bed needed to be flipped or new mattress it was a little lumpy. But great water pressure and very hot in the shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Crystal Inn in Salt Lake City. I was upgraded to a larger suite, which was clean, quiet, and offered a stunning mountain view. The hotel provided fresh towels daily, and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. For the price I paid, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Great location for exploring SLC and surrounding area. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and quiet.

When we first got there we accidentally dropped one of the really thin soaps onto the floor in front of the bathroom sinks. The soap shattered into many pieces. When we wiped up the floor to finish cleaning up the pieces, the towel was filthy! That area of the floor should have been clean after only being in the room for 5 minutes or less!

Nice, clean room. Good size. Nice, hot breakfast served daily. Pool and hot tub are clean and family friendly. Overall good amenities. Recommend.

The bed, staff and breakfast are all very good. The building is shabby, so if that matters, stay elsewhere.

Front desk staff were not welcoming. Hotel had a weird smell & room smelled bad. Bathroom floor was dirty & bugs in the shower. Carpet in the room got our socks dirty. We would not stay here again when in SLC overnight.

For the price and location, great place to stay! Simple, but good continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread pudding. Some fruit. But good!

We didn’t have anyone clean our room during our three night stay. We even requested at the front desk for someone to clean the room and refresh our towels. It was a great hotel for the price though.

Was a nice place to stay. Amenities and pool was clean.

We found blood on our sheets and comforter. The linens didn't look like they had been changed and the sheets were so ruffled that it didn't look like the bed had been made more than the top comforter. My wife didn't want to use the hot tub because it didn't look clean.

I told the lady at the desk i could bot hear her three times. She made no effort to raise her voice to help. Never smiled while dealing with me.

Excellent fast efficient service. Room was very clean and nice. Lots of room and close to newly renovated pool. Beds were wonderful, breakfast was wonderful and it was all best you could ask for. Will stay again!

I did get the treatment that I got last time the vio silver. There was no towels to take a shower had to go downstairs to get my towels cause one person on duty.

We went to Utah for a wedding as a family and had three rooms on floor 3. Check in was ok. The woman at the counter barely spoke above a whisper so I had a hard time communicating with her. The lobby is well kept and well decorated. There is an area where you can buy sunrises and snacks, which was good because two people forgot toothbrushes and the wedding spread was not good so we appreciated the option to get a snack after. There is only 1 elevator, and it was very slow and cramped, so we took the stairs. The hot tub and pool were closed which was disappointing. I had picked this hotel partially for the hot tub. I would say the rooms were above average for cleanliness and maintenance. The AC worked well and the room was well stocked. There was someone in the room above ours with a lot of children jumping and making a ton of noise from 10pm to midnight. The ceiling did not muffle the noises at all, and it made the room shake a little. I could hear other rooms’ toilets and doors. I thought the bed was comfortable and I prefer a medium firm bed. Other family members mentioned they were not comfortable, especially the pillows. Breakfast was a nice hot buffet. They had a good variety of proteins and carbs and fruit and juices; however the coffee machine didn’t work. I wouldn’t called it “excellent” that rating was a little deceptive, but it was above your average interstate quick stop hotel.

It was great other than the hot tub and people were down was looking forward to the hot tub never was able to get in cause it was down the whole time of my sray there. The breakfast was great though.

Not so new but super clean room and bath. Although the exhaust fan is too loud.

Wish i would have known the pool was under construction. We wouldn't have stayed here. I had kids and the pool was why we picked here to seim.

Hotel was clean and nice. Unfortunately the pool area was closed for the duration of our stay but we were able to use the pool from another Crystal Inn about 8 minutes away. Breakfast was good but it was a little slow refilling items when empty. Would stay here again
