Breakfast was great Beds were comfortable

The room said it has a fridge and microwave but when I got there. It didn't. I was disappointed ☹️. Option to use microwave in lobby I had to go get more ice for my cooler... thankful I had a cooler. I won't stay at this location again. I wasn't able to use the pool or hot tub too many kids.

Breakfast was standard. Enough to satisy anyone but nothing special. Staff very friendly and attentive. Location was great. Very close to freeway and main thoroughfares.

Not as nice as I had expected for a Hampton but clean and good location with very friendly staff.

Excellent but serving pancakes with no syrup?

1. No promised refrigerator in room. 2. No maid service after requested . 3. Parking entrance floods deeply with rain.

very worn out! this hotel needs a renovation! beds were old, pillows smelled like sweat, shower fixtures old and didn’t function properly, dust and dirt in every corner etc.

This hotel is in a great location. We had a few choices for food during the day, and a great BK in the am. Easy on and off freeways, and a quick drive to pretty much anywhere we decided to go. We were so busy, we didn't have time for the pool, but we looked at it longingly as we were running back and forth. Very clean.

I could complain about the age of the hotel, but that would be stupid. It's really well taken care of, and I know it's been around for awhile. Our family was very greatful that we had a place to stay so close to family for the 4th.

The staff were amazing and very helpful.

The jacuzzi is refreshingly hot, not tepid like so many other hotels. Great way to unwind after hours of driving. The little tray that sits in front of the sofa is very convenient and useful. Very comfortable bed. All very clean. The ice machine actually gave out ice (often not the case with other hotels). Pool area well maintained. An overall level of quality commensurate with the charge for the room.

Surprised not to see a microwave or fridge. However, I also noted that the carpets etc were very clean -no stains (little coffee maker is kept in the bathroom for that reason also, I'm sure). So, I understood the hotel's thinking on that. No biggie. A suggestion is to use that as a marketing item - we have no fridges/ovens to ensure you have the highest standard of cleanliness, or some such, rather than surprising the customer when they get to the room. a

Brian at the front desk was friendly and helpful. He over-heard me say I wanted to refill a water bottle and offered me a fresh, cold one.

very noisy (next door people, outside noise in middle of night..didn’t allow at all that night!), plastic throw away b’fast cutlery & plates should be a no go in 2022…)

The location was a bit of problem for the car gps system. It took us 16KLM south of where we should have been as the It didn't even recognize the street address? The breakfast was exceptional!

A number of choices. Served 6 to 10am. Well away from freeway noise. Grab bar in the shower--yeh!

Duvet too hot. Only one elevator, but usually not a problem. No table in room.
