The hotel was average, cleanliness, complimentary breakfast, room were space but I only gave average because the beds felt old and hard. I know traveling all hotels are different but this time the beds in our room were hard and made squeaky noise no cushion. Other than that the hotel was good.

The hotel was clean and a good location. Big shout out to the breakfast lady and the gentleman who was at the front desk this morning. We had an early flight from Orlando and I’d told her we wouldn’t be there for breakfast today. She asked what time we had to leave and she, and front desk guy hustled to make sure we didn’t leave on an empty stomach.
Housekeeping all greeted each morning.
If I have one complaint, it’s the ac units in the bedroom. Was quite loud (though happy to have it on a weekend when temps were mid 80s)

Love this place… glad they got rid of someone at the front desk. He was so rude!! Hate they stopped serving bacon… lol. But you will definitely enjoy your stay here!!!

The hotel is fine but it’s directly off I95 so be prepared for traffic noise.

For the most part everything was clean and orderly. The AC worked wonderfully, my main issue was the water. It didn’t smell bad or anything, it just took a long time to get hot! Literally ran the water for 10 minutes before it got warm enough for a shower. The bed was a little firm for me but the pillows made up for it.

Perfectly as hoped and described. Very convenient location as close to 2 major roads. Rooms are quiet and a decent size with food shower.
There is a smallish pool with loungers which was very welcome and all in all excellent value.
The free breakfast is a nice touch and has some reasonable choices of branded items.
We used it every day of our 10 days and it was clean and adequate and appreciated.

It was pretty good for the cost. Room was clean and good condtionexcept for the water stains on the ceiling. It was quiet and located near the outlet mall and a couple restaurants and gas stations. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The location is perfect for shopping and dinning. The rooms are clean and so is the gym.

Due to lack of staffing, I did not receive cleaning service. I had to leave my trash cans in the hallway in order for them to be dumped. I’m quite sure a manager knows how to bring up clean towels and wash clothes and make a bed. I asked for a late check out in order for my son to take a shower after his baseball game. I was told 1:00 wasn’t doable but 12:30 was. His game was over at 12. I saw the list of check out rooms. My room just could have been cleaned after the other rooms in the list. Staff was nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel convenient to I-95. Next door to a Cracker Barrel and within walking distance to the outlet mall. Great breakfast

We only stayed one night on our trip.
The bathroom floor was filthy, the ceiling in the bathroom around the AC vent was either moldy or just dusty but black and the room was freezing cold.
