Family trip to Universal Studios. Hotel a couple of miles away but great savings. Hotel offers shuttle service to Universal Studios but has limited availability, so reserve ahead. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Ceiling fan was a bit dated and slightly noisy but turn off and not a problem. Overall a great stay.

This hotel is a gem. Like a family style hotel with much larger rooms and shower The onsite restaurant is very good and the bar is also not to be missed especially the barman Dennis you feel you’ve known him all your life. The free shuttle to/from Burbank airport and the theme parks is also a huge plus. All the staff are very friendly.

This property has a serious mold issue which is covered up by very sweet-smelling cleaning products. Staying one night created a breathing issue for my husband.

Its was very quiet stay. No loud noises to bother us. Check in was a very easy process.

Small and not crowded feeling, free shuttle service was a plus to universal. Shower was good roomy and dual shower head with string water flow, it was a pleasure taking a shower. Did not like the foot step sound from room from top at 1130pm at night.

The staff was great and the shuttle service excellent! You do need to schedule it in advance but we had to make several changes on pick up times and they were able to accommodate us for all of them. The one thing I did not like is that the pool and fitness room is located across the street at one of their other properties.

We havd stayed safari inn 2 years ago and coast Annabelle this time around... Didnt know they were both owned together. We had a great time. Clean and close to the things we wanted to do.
Only thing is coast Annabelle needs a microwave in the lobby or close by so that we didnt have to walk across to safari inn to use theirs.

We were on vacation to go to Universal Studios. The best part of this hotel is the shuttle service to and from Universal. The drivers were very accommodating and friendly. Everything you want when you are on vacation.
The front desk staff has a lot to be desired. Not friendly or helpful.
After being at Universal all day, we came back to an unserviced room.
Hotel itself is clean and decorated nicely. Ample free and convenient parking at the hotel itself.
The pool is tiny and it is across the street at another hotel. That was a dissapointment.
We ate at the restaurant twice. Breakfast was mediocre but dinner was excellent and convenient.
I would stay there again but this time know exactly what to expect.

Check-in was incredibly easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The remodeled bathroom was nice - loved the shower! Ordering breakfast to the room was also easy and helped us maximize our day. And it was so easy to get to Universal Studios.
We will be staying here every time we come to LA!

This small non-descript property was clean, had large well-appointed rooms, an ample parking lot, and was located (driving) close to both Warner Bros Studios and "downtown" Burbank (restaurant row). The hotel restaurant was a wonderful surprise for both breakfast and dinner (didn't try the lunch). There was also a small but lively bar that was very cool. The staff was excellent, being professional and warm (and welcoming; many have been there for years). I was traveling for business and will definitely stay at the Annabelle next time I'm in town!

Really nice hotel with very pleasant staff. We stayed there to visit Universal Studios and it was super convenient. We ate breakfast at their restaurant and the food was simple but very flavorful. We would definitely recommend.

Room was clean and well stocked. Stay was nice, some noise from other patrons. Better hotel in Burbank with parking. Nice restaurant in lobby. Only complaint was room cleaning was late on Saturday, but maybe that's normal.
