Hotel did not offer ice to its guests. The hallways smelled of marijuana.

The stay was ok until I seen roaches crawling around on table plus on towel I had to ask for extra towels.

Horrible! Our flight was delayed so I called & Michael said he would alert the night staff that we were coming but late. I called again at 2:30am to say plane landed but rental car closed so we’d be there about 9:30am. KAREN informed me that at 1 am ‘the audit flagged you as a no show & we canceled your reservation. The reservation was for a week but Karen told me to stop talking so she could continue to tell me I was a no show so no reservation. I found another hotel in Fishkill that not only gave me a room but allowed us to get in at 9:30am since we hadn’t slept all night. I didn’t know then, but Michael had let my daughter put flowers & snacks in our room as an anniversary surprise so it was very obvious we were going to pay for the week & we’re not a NO SHOW. Only nice staff besides Michael was the young woman who gathered the flowers, etc. so my daughter could pick up & bring to our new reserved hotel. Photo is what was waiting in the room they canceled!! We will NEVER stay at Extended again - and that’s the loss of this week,and future reservations of one week visits quite often to see our grandkids.

The staff was extremely accommodating to us in a very difficult situation. They made our stay very Stress-Free in a very stressful situation as we were broken down here and are from another country. We can't say enough good about the staff! The hotel is not up to date but it is clean, safe, and very quiet! Would definitely come again and would definitely recommend!

Booked a suite with bed and pull out sofa, sofa bed had no sheets and was broken and would not lay flat. Three pillows for the whole room and staff was rude when asked for more. Pocket door lock on bathroom door would not latch and more often then not the card access side door to the building was propped open. Disappointed in quality for $340 for two nights

Extended Stay are fine for a one night stay. Because they are an extended stay and people are cooking, there are a lot of odors. The hallway rugs need cleaning or replacing

I am a frequent traveler, this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. After my observation, we left the hotel after spending 2 hours in the room. I will never return to an Extended Stay America - smelly, dingy, outdate room. I'll stop here, dont want to relive the bad experience.

This is the first hotel and we have stayed in some dumps, this is the first hotel with no shampoo and hair dryer. The continental breakfast is ridiculous. Nothing but chocolate muffins and multigrain bars.

The room I booked was supposed to have 2 double beds, they put us in a single queen. I had to go back to get a different room at the front desk. The place listed a gym, it had none. “Free breakfast” was a granola bar and coffee. It didn’t even have an ice machine!

No smiles or greeting at check in. Clerk didn't inform us about breakfast. Long wait to check in. Room was very dark, not enough lighting. No night lights during the night to find your way to the bathroom in the pitch dark. No clock in the room. Breakfast in the morning was a joke. Just coffee and a few granola bars, plus stale muffins. Breakfast area very dirty. We would not stay there again.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The room's were So clean! If i ever go to that area again i will definitely stay eith them.

When we arrived there were police and ambulances blocking the entrance. We had to wait about half an hour to enter. The people crowding around us were very suspicious.

The property doors were propped open with water bottles or soda cans leaving anyone to enter no key needed. They illicit drug use outside in view of front des k staff was undesirable ways well.

Late check in, night attendant was rude. The front door is locked at night, need to key to get in (good thing) but I pick up the phone which rings and rings, and a woman walks up and holds the door open, saying nothing... I walk in and go up to the counter the woman is walking away but stops and says "what do you want".? I tell her I want to check in than she goes behind the counter and bluntly asks for my ID, no greeting, no welcome, nothing. As she is silently checking me in I notice a sign about getting a dishware kit for the kitchen. When I ask her about it she just yells at me that she's really busy and I will have to wait till she gets to it! The customer service never really improved at the front desk. It's the housekeeping that is courteous, polite and treats you like a guest, unlike the persons at the counter who should be the example of service. And the signs everywhere about cleanliness.. that is a joke! Place is dirty, filthy and SMELLS! Bring your cleaning supplies, you will want to wipe the grime away before you touch anything!

Well when I checked in to the Extended Stay at 25 Merritt Blvd in Fishkill NY, the guy behind the desk seemed like he had an attitude, he tried to charge me per night, when I had already told him that I was checking in and that I already had reservations, I showed him my phone with my reservation details, it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing honestly, then he asked if I had a pet and was it a service animal, I told him yes I have a cat 😺 and no not a service animal, then he tried to charge me for my pet, I told him that the other hotel, same name, didn't charge me, then finally he gave me my room key 🗝️, I go to the room and the room is already occupied, so I go back downstairs and tell him he gave me keys to an occupied room and he said oh sorry 😔, I was really upset already, so he finally gives me the right key to the room, this took like almost 30 minutes to check into my room, honestly I was really upset and it shouldn't have happened to begin with

Good place and front desk was very accommodating when I came in late around 1am, friendly staff and room was clean and spacious.

Arrive and the room I booked on hotels.com was not available. Was told I had to pay an up charge to get a room. Had no choice after driving hours to get there.
Weird room. Only 1 bedside lamp for a queen sized bed in a suite.
No AC or fan in the bedroom at all.
Kitchen floor was dirty and the stove looked ancient (glad we did not need to cook).

I really can't answer this because the hotel overbooked my room and I had to drive 10 more miles and get another room at another hotel chain for double the money.
There was no manager on duty and the chains "guest relations" hung up on me.... I just asked repeatedly what they were going to do to resolve this and they said there was nothing they could do . Really very unexceptable.
