The customer service agent at the front did her best to attend to my every need. It was a staycation for me thus I needed an area wherein I could work quietly. She assisted me in finding the business center, which was exactly what I needed. In addition, on my second night requested a room that was not connected to another room. She arranged for me to have access to all the hotel's amenities while my room was changed. The customer service I received was first-class.

The hotel is very convenient to those traveling Route 84 m- it is at the Route 9 exit, in an area that has several other hotel chains. This is a good choice for many reasons: they provide a free buffet breakfast with a good variety of tasty hot and cold items, there is a swimming pool, front desk staff were helpful and pleasant and check-in and -out was easy, the room and the bathroom were very large with all expected amenities and lots of towels, there is an on-site bar, and finally there are a variety of restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend the Hyatt Home and plan on stopping there on our next trip to the area.

I had great expectations based on photos but the furnishings and condition of the room was not updated. There was an extremely dirty windowshade, which left me doubting the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Also, truckers/workers slammed doors between 4 to 6 am.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels we have stayed at.
Bed matresss was filthy and had a few bugs.

We recently stayed at this hotel. There were some positive aspects, such as the hotel allowing us to check in early, which was convenient. However, this was not properly processed. their system, and the following day, we were informed that we had been marked as a no-show. We had to go through the hassle of reactivating our reservation.Also, the hotel is currently undergoing construction, which was not mentioned when we booked. The lobby was largely blocked off by the construction, and we had workers right outside our window.The breakfast options were fine, though nothing particularly special. The room itself was clean and met our expectations in terms of amenities and layout. However, one incident stood out: despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, an employee entered our room one day. The employee did apologize and explained that it was a misunderstanding.Overall, while there were some positive aspects of our stay, these issues left us feeling less satisfied than we had hoped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to dini g and shopping. My only negative comment would be around the breakfast. Here are some ways to improve.
1) Add flavored coffee creamers to the coffee bar. (Ex. ID French Vanilla)
2) Do not use Hot water urn for coffee. The Hot wzter tasted like the urn was used at one time for coffee. The hot water had a coffe taste. It ruined my tea.
3) Add individual yogurts of various flavors. The "bowl" of yogurt looked old and unsanitary and only had one flavor
4) Add a waffle maker to the breakfast choices.
These small changes would make the breakfast so much better.

Dated rooms - cleanliness was average or so so. Room was short enough towels for our family of four - had to call to get shower amenities filled (they were empty). As a whole the hotel looks like it has seen better days (hallways, pool, etc.) - so a little disappointed based on the previous reviews. Will not be going back given the large number of other options in the area.

Everything was really great except we wished we had bigger/thicker blankets. 6 of us in 4 beds and only 2 big blankets the rest of us had hospital like woven blankets.

We got a free upgrade at checkin to a two bedroom suite and we were granted early checkin at 1pm instead of 4pm. The front desk attendant was so sweet! The room is beautiful, the pool is perfect, and the hotel is very clean! I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family in the area.
When I got to the room a lightbulb fell out of a lamp and shattered everywhere. I felt horrible. The front desk woman was so sweet about it and sent someone over within 5 minutes to vacuum. The man who came to vacuum didn’t seem happy with me, but I am so grateful to have had them act so quickly and help me since I have two young kids running around.

The beds were comfortable, only thing I don’t like that I’ve noticed at hotels now is you have two people in a bed but only 3 pillows and they are flat.
But the rooms were very clean and comfortable, walls a little thin could hear people talking in the next room sometimes. Breakfast was ok. Hotel staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again

The pool area is extremely unsafe. My 6 year old daughter who understands pool safety and not running around the pool area slipped and required stitches. We filed an incident report. Nothing ever came of it so they obviously do not care. It seems slippery pool floor is a constant complaint. When we told the front desk lady she didn’t seem to bat an eye other. Very strange. Much nicer hotels in the area with much safer pool area.

I arrived at the hotel after a 2 hour drive to find out that they had canceled my reservation due to an HVAC issue. I didn't have a problem with the HVAC issue I have a problem with the lack of communication. I received no prior notice about the need to cancel.

The stay was one night. Checkout was great since it was 12:00 noon. Allowed us to go out for breakfast and get a couple of things done. The Front Desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel due to price and convenience to local town and highway roads.
