This place is a disaster. It’s filthy, dirty, nothing works, no hot water, dog and cat pee in rooms, very disrespectful management and manager.
Broken glass all over parking lot. Police Presence. Unethical business practices by manager against disabled people. No permits in elevator to operate. Cockroaches and bedbugs. Mattress is like sleeping on a chunk of concrete.

It was horrible. The carpet so dirty in the room and hallways. We found roaches in the bathroom. Most of the staff are rude. Will never stay there again. Smell so bad in the elevator and hallways and in the room. They need to fix and clean up this place.

Honestly if the carpets were cleaned I would have given this a better review. And that's why I wear sandals . My experience there was awesome, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was basic but met our needs. The waffle makers were my favorite. I will definitely stay there again it meets our needs for when we go to football games

This place was very dirty. They had roaches and the carpet was very dirty. The front desk clerk was very nice. I will never stay there again.

Elevator and ice machines broken. The shower knob was broken and the general wear of the room was worn. There was a man sleeping in the stairwell. Continental breakfast was a few breads, muffins, and dry cereal. Rooms do not include microwave or refridgerator. Cleaning was not provoded and had to walk back to lobby multiple times to request things such as toilet paper, ice, etc. At least the AC worked.

They gave us a room the bed was not even made and then they gave us another room the key never worked for the entire stay and the bathroom was clogged up and bath tub was dirty and no towels and when it was time to check out one of the staff asked what were we doing on the property. The worst stay ever

Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Was told there were no rooms available. Then put into a room that smelled terrible, and then swapped into another room. But was told initially there were no rooms available. Asked for late check out and was yelled at told to be out of my room by 11:30

Traveled with my wife, carpet was duty looks old, room was clean ok not too good and a lot of noise from other travelers rooms, sounded like a party all night.

We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early at about 10:00am. The check in process was as expected. The room we were assigned to was a different experience. The door knob was hanging down and obviously broken and the key card did not work. Returning to the front desk we were assigned a different room. This time the key card worked after about a dozen attempts. The room appeared to be neat but very worn and the couch was of questionable cleanliness and the desk chair looked dangerous. Overall the employees we met were helpful and friendly but the facility is worn out.

Hotel smelled like a damp rag with cigarette in it elevator panels punched in room bathroom cleanliness barely acceptable bathroom not designed for men as u sit on it and water level is so high in them certain body parts dangle in water wow can’t believe I spent night in this shi hole

It wasnt hard to find just off the freeway. The staff were friendly but overall the experience was not satisfying. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard, it smelt like one of my neighbors was smoking pot every day i stayed. The carpet in the room was filthy my daughter walked around barefoot for 3 min and her feet were black. The hot tub outside was not warm at all and the jets didnt work. The elevator was SUPER sketchy going up and down. Not real impressed with the breakfast either.

The rooms reeked of dog urine,the bedding had stains on it.. the floors look like they ain’t been cleaned in years .the health department should shut this hotel down it’s so disgusting.’my fiancé was racially profiled when asking the front desk the room number , they denied him access to the floor and escorted him with the manager , she says she called but the phones didn’t work in our room , my family just wanted to get test before we traveled back home .this La Quinta was the worst experience I have had
