Staff was amazing and very nice, loved the small kitchen and availability to use all the kitchen wear. Plenty of grills to cook outside the weather made us change our dinner plans inside but we love Stardust Lodge and will be our #1 stay option for future visits. 10/10

This was one of the best places we have stayed at anywhere! The only way to improve this experience would be a little better communication of all the benefits offered such as vouchers for the public beach for reduced entry fee and how the cable TV system works. There may be other benefits offered we are not aware of since we didn’t discover the two until the end of our stay!

Our room had a Murphy bed which i thought was unusual but it was comfortable

Rooms are small hot and stuffy. They give you 2 fans in the room plus you have 1 ceiling fan. The bed is uncomfortable with a cheap mattress. The bed pulls down from the wall which was weird. At 1:00am I was ready to drive back home because the bed was so uncomfortable. . If you’re into camping and noise then this is your place. A plus is that the hotel is close to the clubs, shopping, ski trams and a short walk to the beach. Would I stay here again…… No…

Property was good. We didn’t know there wasn’t A/C but they provided fans and ceiling fans helped. Cleaning staff in the morning was very loud in the next room over.

When you check in and its 95 degrees outside. Please tell the customer you have no Air Conditioning in your room. But we put fans in the room to help you. Then I can stop from having to sweat in that room all night long.

I had a fantastic stay at Stardust Lodge and give it 5 stars! The room was equipped with a mini kitchen that had everything I needed: pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, a coffee machine, an electric induction stove, and a toaster. This made my stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend!

No AC in the room is tough this time of the year. Only a tower fan to cool the room. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Very good maintained property with a lot of flowers which create a holiday every day.
Rooms are very good equipped, has kitchenette with dishes and other equipment.
Unfortunately rooms size is small but usually yours not staying in a room long time going out.
Overall its a good property for its price.

Hot 4th of July weekend. I was eager to get out of the valley heat. I booked without realizing this place had no AC . Second night into my stay was the worst the little room was so hot and stuffy.

Older looking building but room was great. No AC, but provided additional fans to keep the room cool. Very family friendly with great staff. Room was very clean. Kitchenette was helpful since we stayed for a few days. Location was awesome, right near Stateline and across from Heavenly. Amenities listed on the website is huge in comparison to other hotels we stayed at. Overall, would stay again if in the area.

Overall very satisfied but the noise of cleaning the snow in the parking lot started bothering us around 6 in the morning. Breakfast was not what we expected from a similar class of accommodations. They offered limited items per person. For example, two donuts and one cup of coffee.

Bad light in bath room, telephone didn’t work, refrigerator rocked when opening, couldn’t turn down the heat, key cards kept deactivating.

We stayed here before and did not have any issues but this time the heating did not turn on all night. It was super cold in the room. We complained in the morning and were told we should have turned up the thermostat to 88 degrees at least (I turned it up to 78). There is no way I could have known to turn it up to 88 degrees - no sign whatsoever.

Location couldn't be any better for skiing Heavenly, right across street from gondola/transit center. Friendly staff, parking free, many restaurants within walking distance.

The property is right at the center of everything in village at the gondola - so prime location for skiing, shopping, dining, and just hanging out. The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. Loved the jacuzzi and activities center. Looking forward to a visit in the summer, winter exceeded my expectations!

My wife and I went to Lake Tahoe for the weekend.
The whole weekend was wonderful but the hotel was not adequate for a couple outing.
The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast is included. Pastries, hard boiled eggs, oranges, bananas are given. There is nothing fancy about the place and for the price, I should have gone to the holiday inn. For a little bit more per night, there are better places...
At our arrival, the room was not cleaned and my wife and I had to wait for an hour in the car.

Perfect walking distance to the gondola, all restaurants, and shops. We came in the winter and had ample parking space, perfect size room and mini kitchen to prep some meals. Everything was super clean and modern!
The pool was in the 80s, loved being able to swim in winter. We look forward to coming in the summer time, too.

Wonderful family stay.onlymissie was the pull down bed kept.falling on us when we sat on the couch. It ended ul cittong my.son leg pretty bad and bruising it. Besides that we enjoyed our stay. Thats the only reason I didnt gove 5 star review.

Great location and some fun amenities. The space is comfortable and nicely decorated. The pull out couch mattress is terrible, we always bring an air mattress when there’s a pull out couch and this one is worse than most! But other than that it’s great to have a kitchen and a good size fridge.
