The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent and everything was fresh

There were some cleanliness issues with the floors. Leftover sunflower seeds on the floors in the room. Footprints in the bathroom

Friendly check in. Our room was nice. Convenient location for what we were in the city for

Very clean and comfortable. I only had 2 complaints, one was the noise from people out in the hall and other guests doors slamming closed. The other was waking to strong cigarette smoke coming from another room for at least an hour. I had to get up and openmy window to avoid having to use my inhaler. I had a non-smoking room. The location of the hotel is great, the staff were pleasant and eager to be helpful. Very comfortable! Would definitely stay again if or when I visit again.

The hotel is pretty rundown. The staff in the front took a very long time to check me in. They kept saying they didn’t understand the software. They had to call tech-support. The carpet in my room was damp everywhere. There was a long stain on the ceiling above my bed

Our stay was good. I would suggest more variety at breakfast. The sausage appeared under cooked and staying for 3 days I would have like different options each day not the same thing each day.

Very disappointed in the swimming pool. The pool was very cold for an indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was a little sparse and we had to wait for more eggs every morning. And there was absolutely no variety. Always scrambled eggs and sausage. No bagels or English muffins just toast. It was disappointing to have to request maid service and to bring down used towels for new ones each day.

The room was great - well-equipped and spacious.The only thing that was a negative was the lighting at the vanity. It was too dim for applying makeup.

The beds and pillows were terrible! Also there was a film of some kind of cleaning product on EVERY surface. The headboard appeared to have a bullet hole in it. Also the air conditioner kept turning off so you would wake up sweating. I would not choose to stay here again.

The check in person was very rude. Then she gave me a key card envelope where she erased the prior customers room number and wrote mine on top. I’ve never seen this. I figure if they are cutting corners on key envelopes - even with Covid resurfacing - what does that mean for cutting corners on cleanliness of the room? When we went to the room and opened the door, someone else was in there! I was so mad with her being rude and then this happening I would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid. She gave me a new key to a different room and didn’t even apologize. We bolted the door to our room as we didn’t feel safe in our room that someone might be given our room key and could come in at any time.

Staff were very helpful. I didn't like that we had to go get help from the front desk to have the gym opened for the first time in the morning-after he unlocked it our key worked for it just fine. Nice breakfast.

Last minute trip to Denver left me with few options below $300.
Looked on hotels.com this property in the perfect location and picked it up at a good value. The room was clean and staff was efficient.

Overall we were pleased with this establishment. What we didn't like was, we needed to stay another night and feel thay we were lied to about our reservation in order for tje hotel to make more money

Very nice staff the breakfast was very good only issue when I booked and paid for the room at check in they charged a 100$ deposit that I wasn't aware of I wish it was noted when you reserve a room on Expedia

Wonderful stay I had eye surgery we stayed a few days the only thing I would say is the pillows need to replaced. Wonderful place I would stay here again.

We were told when we arrived and the notice in the room said that the room would be serviced only by request until after the third night. We were there 5 nights and our room was never serviced. After the third day we put our trash outside our door.

The hotel has nice and have refused to refund me my money. There was blood on the light switch, stained sheets, and the staff were horribly rude. No housekeeping. We asked for new towels to be delivered to our room while we were out and they advised me to “come back and get them myself later” Will never stay at a comfort inn again and will be filing a corporate complaint with their head office
