Location and comfortable

Internet was slow and sometimes spotty, the TV had issues and wouldn’t change the channel correctly, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the electrical power in the bathroom would fluctuate. Having said all this I was offered a different room and I declined as I didn’t want to have to move all my stuff. So, the staff did try to accommodate me.

Clean facility.

The iron and the blow dryer were both broken. They worked, but they were beat up.

Family of 3, good to have the extra space.

Location. Good breakfast.

I always look for low crime areas, this was a very clean, safe area. Staff was on the spot.

Electrical short in bathroom light. Not a big deal to me. Maybe a little more breakfast option, but food was good

The suite was nice and roomy. It was nice and thoughtful to have a note posted on each door that they were short staffed due to Christmas. Heater was quiet. Nice to have a pool and hot tub. 2 of 3 staff we met were nice. One staff was not friendly or very good with customer service. Dog friendly at a comparatively reasonable price.

Unresolved charge discrepancy as of now. One staff was quite unreasonable. Shade was frayed. Some electrical outlets did not work. Bathroom light flickered. Bed coverings are too restrictive.
