Initially walking to the hotel room looked very nice. Once we got to looking around there was crumbs and garbage left all around the beds. There was a huge white stain on the couch,The covering for the lights were falling off, and there was a used tissue sitting right next to the sink. so we decided to go to a different place I would not recommend

The pool and hot tub were so dirty. They had no towels and when I asked they said they were busy and ran out of towels completely with no alternative options. The hallways smelled

I was assigned a room with dirty carpet but thankfully i got switched to new one. Overall, its an ok place. Loved the airport shuttle service.

Breakfast was a little lacking but overall great quality for the price. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was super spacious! Lots of room which was awesome. No bathtub and shower only which was a surprise, but not an issue as we all shower anyways. Little pool and a luke warm hot tub, but it was good enough for us. Sauna didn't work at all. Mattresses could use an upgrade, but not wildly uncomfortable. Area was very quiet as was the hotel (except one night where our room was sandwiched between an unsupervised 10ish year old and their friend in one room and the parents in the other. Had to talk to the parents at 1am as the children were constantly slamming their door and seemingly banging on the walls). Would stay again.

The Staff is not accomodating, always upset When you asked something .we We go down to eat breakfast at 6:45am, no more coffee

Stayed four nights and had to ask multiple times for housekeeping, poor service, pool area and breakfast are not very good

The room was great free breakfast not good we went in and the only think that was there was make your own pancakes and orange juice I asked front desk if she can make coffee does she have bread and cereal it would be great but she took to long to do anything so we left and went out for breakfast Not good why have free continental breakfast when you have nothing ready or willing to refill Second complaint is this morning two worker were yelling at each other in front of everyone one was at the desk and the other one in the breakfast room

The front desk was not friendly or helpful. Was sitting on phone rather than helping customers. Bathroom in hotel had mold on the lower wall and pull out couch had huge stain on it.

Clean rooms, mediocre breakfast, friendly staff. Hot tub was lukewarm, pool was nice.

Super clean room, comfortable beds and a nice hot shower! What more can you ask for?

We stayed at the Days Inn in Eagan because it was close to the airport and included a shuttle service. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick & light meal, all of our shuttle drivers were so friendly & helpful (we primarily had John & Clayton driving us around and they were sooo polite), the main pool was decent, just wish the hot tub was hotter but it did the job, the morning & night front desk staff were always so nice. Thank you to the entire staff at Days Inn for being so welcoming, we had a great time in Minnesota thanks to you all. Kind regards from Chicago!

The shuttle was nice and the drivers. Pool was cold. Hottub was only warm. Choice of breakfast items wasn't many. We had 2 dogs across from our room that barked all the time.

Upon arrival, the Guest Service Manager Jermalice was such a a pleasure!! She was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was neat, clean, and the room was easy to find. We were right by an ice machine which was super convenient. The pool was perfect size for our kids and everyone we met was super respectful and nice. Through our stay it was always nice to see Jermalice at the desk. We were always welcomed and felt at ease where we were staying because of her. The shuttle was also a very convenient surprise!

It was an overall good experience. Hotels almost looks like the picture. Front Desk person was super nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again

The property was convenient to the airport and the Mall. There was lots of free parking. The room was clean, spacious and I had a view of the lake. When the TV would not work the staff moved me to a different room where everything worked. The carpeting in the hall was stained.

Good location for attractions "moa, MN zoo ect.

Well the hot tub wasn't working.During check in no one reveled this and no sign. Pool was cloudy. Overnight staff was rude. Morning staff was very polite though. But I will not return there.

So, this is obviously an older property. Rooms are small and sparsly furnished. The room was NOISY. You could hear street sounds, people in the hallway and the room next door, the elvator (I stayed in 203, right across the hall from the elevator,) and the lobby. Included breakfast was all carbs, no protein. Toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, apple sauce, and only for 2 days, yogurt. I stayed purposefully in a room with a tub, but no stopper was provided despite asking twice. The room did not get cleaned in a timely manner either. Staff was really nice. It's off the beaten path. Bed was comfy, but comforter was DIRTY. Not a place I would choose to stay again.

We had a great stay. We were only there for one night due to early flight. Room was clean, beds comfortable and we loved they had free shuttle service. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. Pool smaller but very nice.

It looks like they tried to update the hotel but it's been a while or missed the mark. Our room smelled really musty, but the AC was working great. Clean sheets/beds but the doubles/queens had only 3 pillows each and they were those super light & squishy ones that don't support you much at all. The breakfast was so picked through that there was only one kind of muffin, one container of yogurt, no regular coffee, no fresh fruit, and nothing warm other than the make-your-own waffles. The people workings were nice and helpful. However, when I checked in I specifically asked about getting on the shuttle list for the first airport shuttle at 4am and getting picked up from the airport a week later at 10pm. Thankfully my husband went out to ask if we could shift our time for the shuttle a bit later and the person told him we weren't even on the list! How does that happen? We could have gotten up at 3:30 and had no ride! It was definitely not worth the cost we paid. It should be on the lower end for this type of hotel. Closer to the 100/night instead of 150.

Breakfast is no good!

They took hundreds of dollars from my bank account for a full week!! The night we arrived we were charged the correct amount for our hotel stay. The next morning there was an additional charge in my bank account for more than $260. Front desk was zero help. They just said everything looks fine on their end and "we aren't trying to steal your money". Red flag! They told me it was hotels.com. We called hotels.com just to be sure, but they confirmed they never charged our account anything. It took a full week for that extra money to be back in our account. Several other people were complaining about the same thing at the front desk. This hotel is old, dirty, and run down. Hot tub was not working the 3 days we there. Breakfast was terrible, crowded, dirty and out of most things. Carpet was filthy. Very dark getting off the elevators. We had 3 different types of bugs in our room. There was a huge sticky stain on the floor covered in dog fur in the lobby that didn't get cleaned in the 3 days we were there. The bathrooms were small and weird. The pull out couch was just about unusable for our kids. We thought we were doing the right thing by finding a cheaper hotel. Please spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. You will be happy you did. One nice thing I can say about the hotel is the location. It's set back in a decent neighborhood near some businesses. It felt pretty safe. Also, our King room was huge. It was 2 rooms put together. It was nice to have that space.

It was very nice to have a pool, hot tub and sauna but they kept running out of food for breakfast

The staff were friendly , however I think the Manager can work on her customer service a bit. She tries to be snobby to customers . Saw this 1st hand and I also watched her interaction with people coming in to book a stay. The breakfast ia basic but ok, the hotel overall is convenienr with alot given for the cost .. still a little.dated but you get all ammenities ans when the housekeeper do clean the room , eveeything feels good. House keeping isnt daily so there were lines od garbage in the corridor from guest. There were also dogs in the area where there shouldnt be dogs staying which is a negative. If we wanted to be in a pet friendly room, we would.choose a per friendly room.

Our stay was good! The staff was absolutely amazing! We definitely will be back to stay again!

When booking reservation didn't know the spa wasnt working which we were so looking forward to

Worst place I have ever stayed! The room had an awful smell so bad are kids complained the entire time. Box spring had brown stuff on it bathroom had crusty pee on toilet seat and floor along with hairs. Showers smelled like something died in there. We had to spend our OWN money on plug in’s and air freshner. Hot tub had weird smell and color. Then was out of service our last night. Pool was so cold. They had music playin by the pool that had the N word playin while our kids were there. Our second night smelled like someone was chain smoking. We were offered two free nights or one night refund. Why would I stay longer somewhere so awful! The refund i recieved was not even an amount I paid for one night. When asked to switch rooms we were told they were booked. I hope something is done and this does not happen to anyome else!

Love staying here nice jacuzzi and convenient to other shoping

The hotel was nice for the weekend. 2 beds and this was the first hotel that actually had more than a couple of channels. We were able to watch a couple movies. Pet friendly and has an indoor pool and gym.

I had to ask several times like x4 times to clean my room and towels. Never got room service nor towels. Had to ask the maid service to dump trash. The front desk is a hot mess and does not know what they are doing. However, the driver Eric was awesome. Never again
