Don't judge this book by its cover. While the exterior of the hotel looks aged and a bit run down, my room was updated, clean, and comfortable. And I spent at least $50 less than I would have at a Holiday Inn Express. I would give Baymont another stay if I am in the area.

We were passing through and needed a clean reasonably priced room for the night. The Baymont meet our needs. Other than the carpeting being thread bearing it meet or need and expectations.

So we ask for a room as close to the pool as posible. We were given a room second floor at the very end of the building. It smelled like pot so bad my kid got a headache. I ask for a late check out and they banged on door at 10am and then at 11am which we verified at check in was we could stay untill 11:30. There were roaches crawling in bathroom and on walls. The floor walking to the room feels like your going to fall thru in many places. Wish we had stayed somewhere elsel

After this experience I really have my doubts about Expedia reviews. This was one of the worst motels we have ever stayed at. It was filthy, outdated, and the so called breakfast was subpar. Two mornings we could not find a seat in the dining room due to the fact that the motel housecleaning staff were taking up the seats while they ate breakfast. I gave them several chances to provide decent customer service and they could not do it. Check in was terrible due to the unfriendly staff. If you are looking for economy, which is the only reason you would stay here, look somewhere else.

Many items didn’t work properly and the minimal breakfast was taken away early. We have stayed here in the past as a couple but as a family this was a whole different experience. Really would not recommend unless you just have to have a pool for the kiddos.

They rented us a room that had a wet mattress. My wife caught a cold as a result. They knew the room was ready for anyone yet they assigned it to us. I will never visit one of their properties again

The hotel is a convenient base for exploring Jackson. The rooms are clean and fresh smelling. While it's a solid choice, the amenities are typical for this price point. The breakfast provided standard fare.

I was in town visiting family. Arrived at 1am, area was quiet, staff was friendly. Room was clean and provided all necessary amenities for our stay :)) thank you!

Staff were nice but the place was pretty dirty. Smudges in room of i dont know what on the walls, floors looked like they hadnt been vacuumed. Just overall unclean in the room.

Room door was stuck and had to push it open. The carpret was horrible. But the house keeping and front desk was great. No elevator but the location was good.

We stayed one night and my daughter swam in the pool. Itchy eyes, coughing, sneezing and fevers sonn followed. As her eyes swelled shut we took her to the er in the middle of the night. The medical staff there stated that the amount of chlorine that had to be present in that pool to have that effect clearly wasnt monitored which created an inhumane environment.

Our stay was ok. Housekeeping was very stingy with towels and toilet tissue. Only one house keeper was nice. Breakfast was not good same food everyday and guy cooking was rude.

Staff: The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady was also friendly. Property: When we walked in front door entrance and down hallway during the daytime, it spelled like marijuana. The odor was so strong that I thought about calling the police. I didn’t because we had already been charged for several days. The room sheet at the foot of my bed was dirty. It had spots of body fluids on it. The chair in the room had red stains and brown dirty spots on it. The bathtub had old stains inside of it. Although the room did spell like it had been cleaned, those areas didn’t look very clean. We clean the bathroom and I didn’t sit on the chair. We sprayed and cleaned the appliances and chair with disinfectant spray and threw the soil sheet on the floor. We were on the first floor in room #122.

Its the 2nd time we are staying there wish the microwave and frigde was better was all rusted it and door on frigde hard to open, also no cable signal at least with roku should have be fine and barely had blankets or pillows floor was really dirty guess they dont mop the floors only vacuum

Cleanliness was not too notch. Several food stains which appeared to be mustard on the walls, particles on the wall art, and hair on the shower walls.

First of all there was a smell in the room very bad not like old building i just couldn't figure what it was ,second the sink counter had some hairs and also the tub .the door was like it had gotten wet and it got tighter so it was so hard to open and close the young man in front desk said that the people before us had jammed it to hard i don't know but my stay was horrible

I've stayed s always nice and polite and informative.
I was very disappointed to find only coffee and cold muffins and cold cereal available on the 4th when the kitchen worker was there and just visiting with staff. All of the other guests were just as surprised and disappointed as we were. times and the rooms are always clean and neat. Desk wirjers

For an overnight stay while traveling, the Baymont is fine. It's a mid-priced hotel that had a comfortable bed, and everything in the room worked: AC, TV, shower, etc. We had no priblems.

There was a stain in the winged back chair (it looked like someone shat in it) the lamp behind the chair didn’t work! Stains on ceiling & spread on end of bed, spread felt like a scrubber. Room cleaners woke us up on Sunday & then proceeded to hang out in the hall until we left! Also our card was deactivated on the second day. Wouldn’t stay again

Not overly priced but the room walls were dirty and toilet wasnt even bolted down, moving around constantly. Room keys failed daily on a 4 night stay with different reasonings each day.

My kids found pills in one of the beds. Toilet was clogged and the pool had way too much chemicals I couldn’t even stay near the pool because my eyes burned so bad.
