The toilet was way too low. Dangerous for elderly. The pancake was inedible. Like rubber. I liked how the buffet was set up to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. Very nice breakfast.

A super easy check in, comfy bed, and a hearty breakfast!

The room 318 had the nosiest air conditioner. I didn’t notice until we turned off the TV and tried to fall asleep.

I was looking forward to my stay here. I took days off of work and the reason I booked this hotel was one for the breakfast and two for the Jacuzzi. When we got into the room the floors in room 205 were gross they were wet and sticky, and when we walked around our feet turn black within two minutes, I stayed Sunday, August 4 until Tuesday, August 6. I took days off of work and was very much looking forward to the Jacuzzi but I find out that the Jacuzzi was not working. I just got out of the hospital from having sciatica and I really wanted the Jacuzzi, so that was very disappointing. The breakfast was also something else I was looking forward to it and why but the hotel but the lady working the breakfast down was very rude on Sunday and the food did not taste good and everything was out. The only thing that was good was the biscuits and gravy lol , also the elevator kept taking us to the wrong floor going up and down so we ended up taking the stairs which was very hard for me because of my sciatica pain. We asked for extra pillows and they were out. When I checked out I mentioned it to the person checking me out and all he said was “ OK I’ll look into that”. I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but I was very disappointed in the money I spent at this hotel usually the holiday inns are very top-tier, but starting from the Jacuzzi in the dirty floors and the breakfast I’m bummed out.

Clean and safe

This hotel was a basic hotel with some dated furnishings, but was clean and in a safe area. Breakfast was better than expected for this type of setup.

Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast and dining area were nice.

Had a great stay. Staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast every morning was a plus.

Room was a little dirty and the bathroom ceiling can see it had mildew spots. I was not happy.

Weekend away with the husband and no kids was looking forward to being able to relax in the hot tub come to find out that hot tub didn’t work and hadn’t worked in a while. Overal stay was okay staff was rude

We were pleasantly impressed by the overall experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!

Everybody was great

I love the location, the quick attention to fresh towels, and polite staff. The bathrooms need to be updated as the grouting and caulking is old and moldy in the tub/shower.

Our stay was good, food choices were good, the bed was firm but I like that. I feel I would rate our stay a six out of ten.

We didn’t have anything that we didn’t like about the property. We actually liked everything about it. We loved that it was easy to find a parking space. What we loved most were when we walked in the hall way with beautiful lights and AC was on and my wife loved it even more when we got into our room, the AC was on to make the room really cool and it just made us feel really welcome that way. Thank you for that! We will for sure do business with you again.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from the eggs in the morning buffet breakfast they serve and management wasn’t responsive.

We had a 2 queen bed room, one of the bed had some sort of liquid on the comforter so we called the front desk 4 times before someone actually spoke with us and didn’t just put us on hold. We asked them for a new comforter and they brought us a blanket instead. The ceiling had blood splattered on it, the lighting in the room is terrible and the bathroom lighting had one light was out. The jacuzzi was lukewarm and not enjoyable. We had a late check out for 2pm and when we came back from breakfast at 1230, we were locked out of our room. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express multiple times and this is by far the worse and I would tell others to stay at the ones closer to the freeway exit! This hotel needs a complete remodel
