Location
The room is very outdated and dirty. There was a hole in the wall in bathroom. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. I left 3 diamond rings on nightstand on Saturday when we checked out and when I realized it and called the receptionist said housekeeping did not find anything and they could do nothing about it. They were absolutely put off when asked if they could double check the room. She said they already looked and there was nothing there. They were obviously lying and didn't care. I would not trust staying at this property. I would not trust the owner nor the staff. They do not care about there customers AT ALL. Do not stay here EVER! This hotel is NEGLIGENT and we will be filing a police report and contacting an attorney as well. This hotel should be held liable for the theft of our property.

I did not like anything about the location. The location was dirty. it appeared that it was a meth and drug location.
everything was disgusting, from bed, floor, bathroom and the staff did not care. discourteous. not worth staying.

The room smelled so overpowering like smoke it was almost impossible to sleep. I have never had a worse more experience, ever.

Price was reasonable. Convenient for a nights stay.
Bag of trash was left in the room upon arrival. Room could use a little upkeep.

Room had a fridge and microwave which was useful
That we’d made a mistake by only booking one night instead of two but the receptionist wouldn’t allow us to amend the booking despite availability
Also we were woken at 2 30 am by guests yelling abuse but no one from the motel did anything to stop them

Don’t think the floors in the room get swept & mopped. Walked from the bed to the bathroom and bottom of feet were black. After that I wouldn’t walk around without socks on.

my sheets were dirty with stains on them and human hair all over the pillow cases

We liked that it was right by stampede. It was close to everything in temecula. And it was cheap for a normal 2 bedroom room.
right when you walk in you’re overloaded with the smell of paint. It makes u nauseous how terrible the fumes smell, We found bed bugs and I was supposed to get a call from the manager about them and never did. The floors were sticky as well.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom shower was moldy. I preferred not to shower for my one day stay. The toilette was not completely in place and wobbled.
