It was a great stay. The rooms are good and the Wi-Fi speed as well. I was on a business trip so that was really important. The staff was absolutely great! Always friendly and helpful.

Room comfortable and clean. Service from staff was good. However, breakfast was not great. Coffee from the machine was horrible, undrinkable. Bacon was dry and greasy and scrambled eggs were poor too.

Definitely recommend, lovely staff, breakfast good quality produce, comfortable beds & pillows. We were only an overnight stay but would happily stay longer

Room was a little small but had everything we needed and it was only for one night. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was well organised and staff cleared tables quickly and made sure provisions were topped up. Would stay again when in Perth.

Will definitely stay again. Easy, safe parking; speedy cheerful check in; room on 2nd floor with Lift access; everything spotless; quiet area. Comfy bed and two pillows!

Hotel ok bedroom carpet was a bit sticky in some areas bed very comfortable & a good selection at breakfast we walked into the centre of Perth took us 40mins the hotel is on a bus route but doesn't seem to be a very good service especially on a Sunday

This is one of the better Holiday Inns in the area. It was clean, quiet and most everyone was pleasant. Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs, granola & yogurt stand. The gluten free and dairy free options were pitiful. Sadly, this isn’t unique to just Holiday Inn but a tiny tray of uncooked oatmeal & cornflakes? Ugh. Other than that it was good enough to stay again. Just bring your own food or leave for breakfast.

The hotel felt “well used” and a little tired. The buffet breakfast was good, but the layout was haphazard. We noticed a lot of guests asking the same questions “where’s the cutlery?”, “is there toast?”
We were given an accessible room (no idea why) and the bathroom felt a little unclean. The light was switched by a pull cord which was dirty and the level entry shower meant the entire bathroom floor was wet even though the shower curtain was used.
The bed was comfortable and we did have a good sleep.

The staff were welcoming and happy to help with any requests we had. The decor was as expected, tired and in need of a revamp. But everything was clean and working well. We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of parking, good size room, lots of storage and they served food and drinks on their premises all day as well as a great breakfast with lots of options for hot or cold. Pub located next door for other dining options.

Stayed in family room 22 which was located next to bar. Noisy and had a door constantly squeaking throughout the night. Unable to sleep and my 9 year old daughter had a dancing competition the next day. Was really looking forward to our stay and very disappointed

After a recent stay I was a bit more disappointed.
A 3 night week-end stay I found a note on both days on unforeseen circumstances room service not available, no problem but it was not explained about beverages available in diner area.
I bought my own milk, Maybe a small cooler pouch would be good in all hotels.
Appreciate that staff were pushed to their limit.
In my case both breakfast's was a sausage, no fluffy scrambled egg ,or bacon available.
Problems with room heater, they had to bring a blow fan!
Always difficult to locate eye with Sat Nav!
A larger sign both at the main roundabout and leading to the restaurant/ pub that you have to pass to access the car park.
