Having only 1 working elevator for staff and guests was horrible. Had to wait for very long times to try to go up to room and down. Had to take the stairs to the 7th floor several times. Awful

I really like the property, the service, and the breakfast. Thank you so much. I very much appreciate the safe parking. Also, it was tight getting into, but it all worked OK. I personally could've used some assistance, carrying my desired bags from my car to my room. To be offered this would've been a nice gesture. I managed them OK, but just a thought since that was the trickiest part of my stay. But overall a wonderful stay at this hotel I highly recommend it.

Easy check in . Clean room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast and loved the underground parking. The pool was heated but cloudy looking. Disappointed that there was not a hot tub. Good location for seeing all of Kansas City

I enjoyed staying at this hotel the employees were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was amazing and everything was in walking distance. I will most definitely revisit the hotel next time coming to KC. Room service was exceptional

Pool surface very slippy should have warning signs. Hotel plumbing is not installed correctly, need to flush toilet several times. Sink gurgles when draining and bath struggles to drain. Location is excellent but the hill is a struggle especially in the heat.

I love everything about the Hotel and the surroundings except for breakfast. I dont eat pork and the eggs always have pork in them. I stay here once a year and the eggs have had pork in them everytime. The butter is always too cold so its hard to spread on the waffle while its hot. By the time the butter is spreadable the waffle is cold.

Everything was fabulous. The only negative was that the sheet on the bed was too small and kept slipping off in the middle of the night, which was annoying. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, very clean, convenient location, and fabulous service. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen.

We weren't able to check into our room until 4:45 which was over an hour and a half after the 3:00 check in time. This made us late for our concert that started at 5:30.

I did like the location, the room and the staff. I did not like the breakfast stampede. Wow. Too congested at breakfast, at the elevators. In the lobby. Our floor had screaming children after 10pm. Not sure what the solution would be. We had to let 6 elevators go past our floor and it was 1 and 1/2 hours before checkout. too many people for just 2 elevators. We finally had to ride up to get on and go down with our cart. Saw people backed up into their hallways to get on as well. It was unnatural.

While the room was nice enough and clean the ac struggled to keep the room comfortable at night. The mini fridge didnt work and the walls are thin at best. Not the worst experience. But not the best. The staff was friendly.
