The room itself was very nice. It had obviously been renovated recently. The property is older, which is not a problem, but the outside needs some work. The desk staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was minimal, but good enough for a continental breakfast. I have two major complaints. The first is the fact that the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. The second is that the ice machine was not functioning. We also had an issue with the person next to us playing thwir music loudly late into the night, but that was my fault because i didn't contact the front desk to let them know notr did i knock on the door and ask them to turn it down. I would stay here again if i was looking for a quick cheap alternative in the area again.

Absolutely horrible. First the elevator was broken, second signs every where say 100% smoke-free but my room stunk of thick weed smell. When I told the front desk this I was given febreeze. I was with my 9 year old, 3rd the walls look like they had blood on the wall painted over and lastly I was itchy all night long in the bed. I want a refund ASAP.

The had no more rooms when I got there. If it says they have 2 -3 rooms left I would call and confirm to make sure your not looking for a better hotel like the Ramada 3 mins away from there and it was $20 more and way nicer. Hotel.com and the hotels need a better communication system so this doesn’t happen

The elevator was out of service and our room was on the third floor. Thankfully we are both healthy enough to walk that amount of stairs.
The room was extremely outdated with holes and cracks all around the room. The bed was descent and clean with no stains or ripped sheets. The breakfast was just fine as a continental breakfast. We were going to use the hot tub but it was across the parking lot- in a weird spot.

First the good stuff- friendly staff, clean room. Good shuttle to BUR. But the hotel failed at the fundamental thing - NO noise insulation - lots of loud road noise and incredibly loud noise from room to room - sounded like our neighbors were having a party in our room until 3 AM

The room is clean but smells cigarette. I told to the front desk she said she will take care of it but not sure if she did anything. The smells comes from the exhaust in the bathroom. Bathroom smells very bad.

No elevator, pool was green, jacuzzi was tapped off. WE asked for any discount for stairs only access they said no you didn’t have to stay here

My main concern was that there was no weather stripping on the door and hotel was next to a busy highway. It was very loud, you could see a gap around door, which could easily be fixed

Water from the shower come out dirty. Next room was loud playing music and talking until 4 o’clock in the morning. Had to call office twice and nothing happened. We couldn’t sleep.

The front desk receptionist is a liar! Her name was navila she claimed it was even tho the the receipt said we were checked in by a different name she was so nice in the beginning & while checking out she got very disrespectful screaming infront of the manager & lying to us infront of our face. We booked our stay through Expedia & we had to end our stay earlier & wanted to pay for the time we stayed & get a refund on the remaining days & she claimed Expedia was the one who had to issue the refund & I had to contact them & after I reached to Expedia they said they had to call the hotel to request a refund & she denied it & when I went down to ask her why? She lied said that she didn’t deny anything that expedia didn’t want to refund me & when I told the Expedia lady that’s what she told me she said no that she’s the one that denied it & I asked her to call again because she said she would give us a refund so when the representative from Expedia calls infront of us she answers & speaks very rudely to her saying yess give them the refund now stop calling & hangs up on her. So when I asked her if the manager was there she said no & gave me a card to his “ number “ as I’m calling the manager infront of her, her phone rings & she picks it up & it’s my call she picks up so I confront her & say why are you lying to me infront of my face that’s very unprofessional & she starts pretending like she had no idea. Next thing you know he comes out (Daniel Garcia) these people are SCAMMERS!!

This area is extremely noisy and we had to use our noisy air conditioning unit to block out the outside noise. I booked a regular room with a wueen bed and ended up with an accessible (handicap) room with a full size bed. This was not a big issue because we didn’t really spend time in the room. Otherwise I rate this hotel average.

My stay was for 3 days, Multiple issues happened during my visit. This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast between 630 AM to 930 AM, we reached to lobby at 845AM, there was neither breakfast available nor coffee. When we asked front desk about it, they responded rudely and asked us to check back later. Properly elevator does not work on day 1, when we informed them they said it is working, people were using stairs to come down.
This hotel does not offer everyday room cleaning and you need to request. On day 2 we requested for room cleaning and it did not happened. We asked front desk in the evening and they simply told us cleaner might have forgot and they can’t do anything until next day, as they left for the day.
Rooms are so noisy, you can clearly hear what next door room people are taking. We requested hotel manager to move us to different room or give us refund, property manager declined our requests and did not address any of our issues.
We approached Expedia too and unfortunately Expedia did not help us in any of above issues.

I’ve seen several complaints about this hotel, and was hesitant, but my flight was delayed and this was the cheapest hotel close to the airport.
I have to say, just stay here and save yourself money. The hotel is nice and upgraded. The bed was super comfy. We faced the freeway, but with the window closed, you wouldn’t even know. It was quiet. Bathroom is nice. 1 minor issue and maybe it can be fixed… the water pressure otherwise, definitely 5 star.

We have an autistic child with us and called beforehand to make sure we had an ada room available and it was confirmed over the phone the night before arrival. We arrived early into town after a 10 hour drive and called the hotel 7 times nobody picked up any of those times. Upon arrival a very unhappy woman greeted us at the desk confused about the room amd was unable to provide an ada room or early check in. The room was dirty the floors were dirty the toilet was off the chain and not flushing one outlet didnt work the beds are very uncomfortable. The A/C is loud and makes a terrible noise every so often. In the morning we went to enjoy the breakfast provided however after trying to say goodmorning to the desk staff and getting a blank stare as a reply, then the breakfast was cereal milk yogurts and fruits and the coffee had chunks in it. Overall terrible experience and would nkt recommend to anyone especially people with special needs children.

Thank you all for a most perfect visit to your Hotel. We arrived on 08 August and were greeted by the Front Desk person in the afternoon. She was super polite to all customers. We asked for a room away from the main street and she turned to, we believe the Manager or Owner. They contacted housekeeping of the room change and made sure that the room would be ready.
NOW THE SITE :-) The Los Angeles area we were crossing our fingers the stay would not be negative. To our surprise the room was VERY CLEAN, we actually did an HOTEL IMPOSSIBLE check on the room and the room was GREAT!!! Pulled the sheets, checked for
dust, did a look over in the room. Everything at the site was well maintained and clean. The only mark we would give is to clean the ceiling in the elevator. Unfortunately we had to make our departure a day early, so we checked out and we let the hotel know this was not our disappointment with Staff or the Hotel, we needed to get back home. Finally, we give your hotel an A on Cleanliness and STAFF!!! SUPER KIND, actually OVER

Great for the cost. Easy access to highway. Clean room with breakfast each morning. Kids liked the pool. Nice to have (for a fee) self-service laundry. Extra nice staff.
