We were booked for one night and had to extend our stay. Drew and his partner and other staff were exceptional with us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were lovely and genuinely friendly. The room was good too. We spend a lot of time on the road for pleasure and often the room are good but very often dark.. here it was bright and lots of good lighting, it brightens your mood just with that. Full marks for this hotel and staff. Thank you.

The check-in and check-out staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The fan/AC in the room was a little noisy, but not too much of a problem. For the cost, this was an excellent value.

Easy on and off Rte40. Super friendly staff. Care very much about your comfort. The building is older but the renovations they are doing and have done are super. All in all, a very comfortable and relaxing stay

The hotel and room were good for the price and location in our travel. We'll plan to stay again when traveling that way.

Drew, the receptionist, was very nice, greeted me on entering and had all our information ready for us to check in. The room was nice and updated and very clean.

There was hair stuck to the wall in several places in the bathroom and the water in the bathroom was brownish yellow.

Rugs need to be changed out down hallways and improve breakfast items. That's all. Otherwise, love the prices and location. :)

I loved the energy in this hotel and immediately felt peaceful and serene. (I'm all about the vibe!) The man on the desk smiled at us when we arrived and was very pleasant and efficient. Our room was spotless and newly renovated. Just lovely. I felt safe in this hotel, which is conveniently located near the freeway and yet very quiet. I will be returning to this hotel.

The room was ok. No closet no hangers no coffee pot in the room. Bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was NOT GOOD. Waffles (which were sour ) toast cinnamon bun yogurt and two cereals (cheerios and corn flakes). That is it. No cold water no decaf coffee no automatic doors into hotel so had to fight heavy doors and luggage at same time. We would not stay there again

Upon entering was greeted with a smile even tho it was 11pm. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was in good condition as expected. Decor was good with a modernized twist. Bed was firm and pillows comfy. Didn’t really care too much for the towels but I would definitely stay here again because of the cleanliness, friendly staff and the quietness at the hotel.

The receptionist was great. Room was clean an comfortable. The hotel seems to be going thru some kind of repairs . Exit door was damage . We could go out but had to use front entrance to come back in.

The young man at the front desk was wonderful, truly the best part of our stay. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was just fine. The only strange thing was behind the hotel there was a lot of trash like discarded matesses and furniture from the hotel I'm guessing. It made it a little less nice

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the staff ! The service was great. Our room was very nice, maybe a little outdated, but overall was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable.

Overall the stay was not bad, the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They do not have an elevator though and have two stories. For the price, it was not bad, I would stay there again if traveling through this area and needed a place to stay for the night.

My husband used his Googlemaps GPS and could not, for the life of him, find this motel after a 12 hour drive cross-country in a moving truck full of our belongings. He called me to double check the name and address and I confirmed. I then called the motel for more information. The lady said it is next to a Speedway and across from a Rodeway Inn. I called my husband back and he said he sees a Speedway but no Rodeway Inn and definitely no Microtel Inn. I gave him the phone number for the front desk, thinking maybe he would have better luck. The same lady answered the phone and this time, she informed him that their address was incorrect in Googlemaps, but was recently corrected on their company website. HOW IS THIS HELPFUL? No apology, and she gave him verbal directions (as it turns out, with the WRONG exit number), but he didn't trust her so he called me. I looked up Rodeway in that was EIGHT MILES back from where he had come. He finally arrived, still no apology upon his arrival and check-in. Absolutely inexcusable.

Just plain dirty everywhere and smelled like dog

The room and bathroom had been updated, tv had many working channels. The outer halls needed more work in painting and carpet. Breakfast was lacking variety.

Great place to spend a night on the road.

This was adequate for a single night. One of the beds didn't have a bottom sheet so we had to ask for one and put it on. The building is a little older and had an unpleasant odor. The shower in our room only put out hot water. We had to have it almost off for it to not be scalding. The AC was also poor and wouldn't cool the room sufficiently.

We booked our room 12 hours in advance and checked in at 8pm after traveling 13 hours. We were given the room right next to the lobby and kitchen. Unfortunately, this means we were woken at 5:30am by people getting breakfast and checking out. The noise was so loud and constant we could not go back to sleep. This was a complete waste of a good nights rest. I would rather have paid a higher price for a quiet room that we could actually use to rest.
