The bed had a metal frame that squeaked all night every time you moved. The handicap bar to the shower was right out of the wall, a piece of it. Went to breakfast at 8 o’clock, not many foods were there or restocked. The sheets were so hard and full of static, they sparked and you could see lights from them.

It was great. Got in very late. Room was clean and comfortable. Had breakfast and left.

The beds were great nice and firm. The desk staff was great. Had to leave a cash deposit which I found really weird due to there system acting up. Overall would stay again.

It was OK. The hotel was a bit older and was apparently undergoing some renovations but they weren't obvious. Elevator was in an awkward location with baggage cart hard to use. Hair on the bathroom floor disgusted my roommate so cleaning was an issue.

Went to breakfast at 8:30. No fruit, sausage or eggs left & only a few mini muffins left
No waste basket in bathroom so there was unnecessary flushing of Kleenex

I guess what was unique was that they advertised things like breakfast buffet and pool and they didn't have either. The check out time on the document you sent said 12:00 and when I checked in I was told NO 11 am I mentioned it said 12 on documents I got with check in said 12 they said NO. 11 AM. The entire property was under remodel so it was a mess everywhere

The towels and sheets had stains on them, and looked unclean. The pool was out of service. The hotel just looked run down.
The free breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were quiet. The handle on our door was broken.

Liked the hotel.
It's not the hotel's fault but Gallup in general is a little sketchy. It's not a place youd choose to visit for a vacation.
That being said, if you have to stop here, this hotel is nice and in a good location.

When i first checked in the front desk associate was rude and not very helpful. She told me inwould have tonget a holdbof Epedia to obtain a reciept. I believe she may have been intoxicated. However when checking out in the morning the front desk assocare was very helpful. I also told him abiut my check in experience.

It is not a nice property and the location is sketchy. The pool is under renovation, which is understandable, but the lobby and common areas are dingy and need a refresh. I exited the hotel in the morning and two young masked men were smoking weed right outside the door. They were polite, but it was awkward. Some other characters were hanging out in the parking lot and digging through the trash. Spend $20 more and reserve a nicer hotel. This one is a hot mess.

Went to check I. And was told that I couldn’t check in without telling her my license plate I am handicapped and tried to call my wife who was still in the jeep to take a pic of our plate Her phone was busy when I called I explained that I was handicapped and didn’t want to walk back outside She finally offered to give me my room after I asked for my prepaid cost of the room back but was told I booked through Expedia and I had to talk to them Besides this the pjsace us under renovation pool is closed Not what I expected upon arrival

This hotel is under renovation and badly needs repair. I’ve come to expect a bit more from Choice hotels and was very disappointed. The door to the room had no seal and the hallway light and noise shined through all night. The bathtub was patched and I was unsure if it would even hold water. The shower faucet leaked and dripped continuously. It appeared that they had recently painted the room with splattered paint all over the bathroom vanity and door hinges. The bathroom is very small and the coffee pot is on the bathroom counter. The front desk person that checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all. I will say that the linens were clean as well as the minimal amount of thin towels that were provided. I am normally a pretty positive person and roll with any situation but I would not recommend or return to this hotel in the future.

The pool and bottom floor were under renovation so they were closed. The handle on our room door fell off so we had to move rooms. They would not give me choice privileges points for this stay.

Checking in with the front desk and no welcoming vibes. Towels were looking old and dingy and pillows were musty smelling. Furniture was old and dented.

The hot tub was the most disgusting hot I’ve ever been too. Didn’t notice until we got in it a turned the bubbles on. Pure brown gross slummy water. Even the wall had cooked on grime Needless to say after I was In that water I got very sick. I had to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. After taking tests they tell me it’s viral virus. More than like from the dirty water. It made me sepsis. I almost died from there in cleanliness. I spent 3 nights in the hospital

they were remodeling but didn't tell me until after I checked in. I was without a car so could not leave. asked for transportation to a rental car place. call uber or lift. many thing were chipped broken the floor was sinking towards the tub in the bathroom. the shower curtain rod was falling and curtain wouldn't close well. the drawers in the dresser were open due to the flooring leaning just like the bathroom. pictures and lampshades were damaged. for the cost of the room and remodeling I feel should have been discounted. I asked for another room and they told me none available. My car had been in an accident and I was without transportation for 3 day before being able to get home.

The elevator and pool were closed. Wish it would of been listed they were doing construction, the parking lot was sketchy had a drunk homeless person yelling around while we were trying to bring our bags in.

Ok motel. But our truck was broken into and a lot of tools stolen. There is no security there and no cameras in their parking lot. So we are out a lot of $$$ and won’t ever stay there again. We are retired and it is difficult to replace all the tools.

The room a/c sounded like a MAC truck and I had to turn it off to get some sleep. Then it was too warm in the room so I got zero sleep!

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. They are remodeling the first floor but there was no inconvenience as far as i was concerned. We will stay there again.

Hotel was going thru renovation, our queen bed sunk in, called office and they immediately gave us another room , slept well, was quite, breakfast was nice

I think you should close the hotel while renovating because the condition is horrible from the time we check in to the room which is very dusty and uninhabitable. We were very tired and slept immediately and left at 6 am the following day. At midnight somebody open the door but it was latch so was not able to come in.

Whole place was under renovation- dusty, everything on lockdown including ice machines, swim pool etc and yet they charged full price??

The first room they gave us, had not been cleaned. When my husband went to the front desk they sent someone up to check out the room, The bed was messed up, the bathroom had towels on the floor, they gave us another room and it had been cleaned but in bad shape. The cabinet in the bathroom had paint splatters all over it and dirt piled in the corner. We were very dissatisfied. We had driven 10 hours and had no energy to fight. We will not be staying here again.
