I stayed here in the early 1990s and nothing has changed. Literally nothing has been updated. It’s dirty and grimey, the beds are awful, sheets feel like paper. This was such a disappointment for the price stay anywhere on this street for a better experience.

The hotel is older but its kept up to a point, staff in the morning were much friendlier then evening check in staff.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in for the price. Waited forever at check-in, room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, lamp broken, hole in the curtains, tiny bit of toilet paper left on the roll and no extra roll, bed uncomfortable, and cheap plastic looking walk-in shower with hot and cold written with a sharpie! The whole place looked worn and dingy. It wasn’t cheap. Find a different place to stay for the same price.

The best thing at this hotel is that the ground floor has patios with sliding glass doors so it is easy to load or unload as you can park in front of the patio.

Good location. Felt safe. Decent hotel. A little dated. The courtyard is very green and manicured. Stepping stones from patios would be nice, also a path to the lobby, instead of walking through the whole hotel. The rooms smell like stale smoking.

overall not bad. We had trouble with the key cards. 1 had to be replaced, and you had to try them several times often for them to work.

Loved the staff and the overall vibe of the hotel. Cleaniness was not as per my standard and the property is pretty old too.
But we really enjoyed our 1 night stay because of the staff, food at the restaurant and the musical evening!

The room was dirty as was the hallways. Not sure when the hallways have ever been vacuumed.

The hotel room wasn't clean. Shower wasn't working well. Iron wasn't working well.
The front desk was rude and didn't provide a receipt after we checked out.
This is not the experience we'd like to have.
I called in the hotel multiple times but the hotel staff is rude and keep saying that we don't provide receipts

No service ever came in 4 days. No cleaning, trash pickup, no towels exchanged, no vacuuming! Terrible !
Floor had broken flooring laminate & holes from missing laminate pieces.

Love this Hotel have stayed here for over 20yrs, have never had an issue, that wasn't resolved immediately, staff always friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel.

This hotel was awesome. The pool and hot tub are located in the middle so i was able to sit on my back porch and watch the kids swim. The gym is also open 24/7, which is great. My only complaint is the breakfast is definitely mediocre and bland. Very limited also, and they charge extra for it. Definitely not worth it, but that was my only complaint.

Excellent stay. Room was good sized, balcony & desk area. Staff goes above & beyond to keep guests happy. Pool & jacuzzi are nice. Three Shasta's rest/bar has amazing staff & food. Only complaints are: 1) $10 breakfast buffet has minimal selections, mostly carbs...better deal anywhere else, many choices close by. 2) tv channels are limited to 8 liberal news stations, 2 children's stations & maybe 3 more regular program stations. TV does not allow access to HDMI plug ins for alternate entertainment, either

We have stayed here before. They are trying to update the place but with poor quality. Newer floors that look like wood but was sheet vinyl with large bubbles that you could feel when walking on them. The patio door was so old and nearly impossible to open or close. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. There was a spell in the bathroom of old wet wood. They have new showers and surrounds. The front of which already has multiple dings. Could be from them sitting in the parking lot since our last visit in 2023. The bathroom door was literally falling apart. We think that was the odor we smelled.

This hotel is in dire need of cleaning. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty. The room itself was not clean with dirty floor, something on the bathroom wall, the furniture was unclean and very worn. The plumbing was very noisy and so was the A/C. We were given breakfast as part of the VIP benefit but it was cold and very limited. We would not stay here again.

We only stayed overnight on our way home. The cleanliness was a little disappointing. The hallway carpet was pretty dirty. I can tell that it wasn’t vacuumed on a daily basis. We stayed in a premium king bedroom. It was small and cozy for the night except our bedsheets were dirty with some obvious stain. Food was still left in the fridge. Seems like they didn’t clean the place thoroughly.

Arrived after check in and was told rooms were not ready; it would be 15-20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked for an update and was told I should not have been quoted 15 minutes, it would be over an hour. After some words, I was provided an "upgrade" to a poolside room that was immediately available. I was supposed to receive a free item from the restaurant as a "VIP" through Expedia but was told the restaurant is closed on Sundays because its been slow. I was given voucher for breakfast that I could not use because I was leaving before they served it. The hotel is gross. It has a ton of potential, but need major renovations and better cleaning.
