Had a very nice stay. Front desk was very friendly and willing to help with any questions. Also very clean room overall worth the stay for the price!

After having trouble with another hotel farther down the road. We doubled back and secured this room. The attendant was helpful and sympathetic to our needs for A ground floor/55+. Will stay there again. Near by supermarket gas and restaurants.

Your parking lot parking blocks are dangerous the way they are arranged. At night you can’t see them my wife got something out of the car stepped back and fell backwards onto her back. Luckily she didn’t hit her head on the cement or another car. They don’t have spaces to walk between where cars are parked. They are painted black with yellow stripes but you still can’t see them at night. The person at the desk was very concerned and apologetic. But they are definitely a safety hazard

Really not a great stay. Very dirty, stained sheets. Would not recommend.

Stay was pleasant enough for a quick rest to continue on our journey north. Room had a funky smell to it & the roof had bubbles due to water damage before. The front desk girl was sweet.. the one thing I did hate was there were no elevators.

Sticky stairways, bathroom and No elevator . 8am breakfast had no bread, little eggs, no bacon and no coffee.

There was some construction mess inside the hallways. And, we woke up to jackhammers outside in the morning. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. My husband was impressed with the breakfast.

We encountered several issues during our time there.
Firstly, there was a lack of hot water, which made for quite an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the bed and pillows were exceptionally hard, leading to a restless night's sleep.
Furthermore, the lack of creamer on our first day was disappointing, as we were unable to enjoy our morning coffee as we had hoped. The breakfast provided was also subpar, with the sausage appearing to be boiled and the eggs looking as though they had been microwaved.
I believe it is important for you to be aware of these issues so that they can be rectified for future guests. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving the overall experience at your hotel.

Clean except for the full trash cans at the front of the building that stayed overflowing from when we check in after 10pm and checkout at 730am the next day.
I felt sorry for the poor guy trying to run the complimentary breakfast, the front desk, and talk to his boss giving orders over the phone. It seemed like a lot for one person.

My son stays here when traveling from Seattle to LA. It’s a cheap, convenient and comfortable bed with access to food and EV charging.

Not as advertised. NO RV OR BUS PARKING as listed. Please remove that from amenities list!!!! The parking lot is the size of a postage stamp. The pool is next to a fast food drive through. Not really family friendly feeling.

Ive been to 3 different hotels in Yreka. This one was the best, price was great. Quite. Clean. Super comfortable bed. Didnt understand how Roku on the TV works. That was our only problem. Next time we're going through there, thats where we'll stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place in Yreka.

We had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs; no elevator. Area around hotel was unsafe. We will not be staying there again.

The property was not clean outside of the room and building. The window drapes were old and did not cover the windows properly. The parking lot lights kept the room so bright that we were unable to sleep. Over all the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. Your reviews on the property rated it at 8.8 and that rating was very misleading. I would rate the property at a 2 and will not recommend it to anyone.

Located adjacent to I-5 it has easy access. The outside is in poor condition, particularly the parking area and entrance--quite dirty and unkempt. The lobby is just a tiny area with a counter. The room however was large, clean and comfortable, despite the large container crate parked outside the 1st floor windows.
The breakfast offered much better options than higher quality hotels, even though there is only room for 8 people to sit down. For the price this hotel is definitely for budget travelers & those who can ignore the shabby public areas.

Sorry. This place screams old and needs repair asap. Beds are so uncomfortable and you could hear next room guess turning on the bed. Thanks goodness that’s all he did, cause literally could hear a single movement.

It was a little loud because of some kind of racing at the fairgrounds, but the room was clean and just fine. The breakfast was pretty darned good.

Checked in and my room wasn’t clean. Got a different room but wasn’t able to access the room because there’s furniture in the walk way. Got placed on the first floor after that and then had problems with the internet.

The lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient. However, the bathroom door didn’t lock. The carpet was disgusting and sticky. The floor and the walls were paper thin. We could hear their entire conversations and when they turned on the sink. And to top it all off, when we woke up at 2 am to just the a neighbors coughing there was a cockroach on the bed. We immediately left.
