We made a reservation and even called day of to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue with arriving late. They told us there would be no problem. But when we arrived no one was at the front desk. Used the after hour phone, no answer and called from an outside line, no answer. Took 20 minutes to confirm the hotel we could leave as no one was there to let us in & another 40 minutes to get our reservation cancelled with hotels.com. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Towels were a little rough and scratchy. The pool was pretty cool, so I would say somewhat heated. Hot tub was good.

We checked in & the person working did not find our reservation. Then placed us in a room that had a person in it. We walked into the room to find a man on the bed.

This hotel is kind of tucked back away from the highway in an odd spot however it's quiet, seems safe and obviously kept clean by the staff. There are tons of places to go and eat in Rochester and a lot of them are great. This is a well located hotel for being able to get around town or jump on the highways, city streets and explore. However it isn't very walkable, rideable in the that regard you will definitely want a car.

Found ants in our room, there was mold all over the pool area beams above pool and hotub, bathroom door didnt latch well, or lock, shower pressure was bad. Cookies at front desk were very good

The room was great, maybe a little outdated but with the exception of the fitted bed sheet not fitting the mattress, everything was very nice.
When a fitted sheet is not made to fit over the corners it doesn't stay put as you turn over and by morning it was a tangled mess. Not comfortable. But an easy fix. But the right sheets. Easy.

The ada room was great bed height was just right only thing I would improve on is shower doors instead of curtains so floor doesn't get wet causing a slip and fall accident

First of all when you walk in you think you are getting a remodeled hotel experience, however that is far from the truth. The carpeting in our room was so old and disgusting. There was peeling paint, the most uncomfortable beds, hair still in the bathroom, the dust on every surface. The shuttle times were wrong that they had set out, making everyone that morning late or have to drive to their appointments. And if you're looking for a quiet night's sleep this is not the place. You can hear the highway all night long. The staff and Breakfast lady were always kind. Different Breakfast daily was a unexpected surprise. The pool was clean also.

This is not the property I thought I chose, so in fairness, my expectations may have been elsewhere. I thought I chose a place directly across from my destination, instead 3 miles away. Room smelled musty upon entry, but was clean and once air conditioner got going, better. The place is a little run down, but worked out just fine.

The property is in need of an overhaul. Rooms are outdated and a lot of rust around anything metal in the whole hotel, from the rooms to the pool. Furniture is chipped and dinged no water pressure in the shower, really I have more water coming out van if my kitchen faucet. I was always happy with Vountry Inn & Suites but stay away from this one.

The front desk staff-Kim, was an angel, definitely was helpful and wonderful at the front desk! The hotel was clean and wonderful. Loved the pool and hot tub as well!

The toilet bowl was really dirty. The fire alarm went off around 4:30am and we were out of the hotel for more than an hour. The water in the shower was brown and it was apparently due to some leak due to the fire alarm. We were really disgusted. And the staff were laughing about it. Completely unacceptable.

I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were very clean and up to date. The staff was very nice. Nice pool and hot tub. Had a nice patio with very nice chairs, good breakfast

Everything was wonderful. I stayed in a King suite for two nights. I was attending my granddaughter's wedding in Lewiston, MN. I plan on visiting here again the next time I'm in the area

Even thought the hotel was tricky to find the place. Once you found it, the rest was easy. Easy to check in, Great staff, clean room and the shuttle times were easy to figure out. I would recommend to everyone to stay and will be staying there again in the future!

Room had a slight funky smell. Toilet had loud running water. Mattress was hard & pillows didn’t have much cushion. All the other Country Inns I’ve stayed at have been better.

I always like Country Inn and Suites. The one negative was it was impossible to control the temperature in the room. Was either too hot or too cold. Also, the lady in charge of breakfast should make sure the guest she sent away to put shoes on has actually left before she loudly talks smack about him. I just ran back to the room and grabbed the sandals that I wear in my garden everday, that definitely had dog poo on the soles, and he put those on over his clean socks. But yeah, definitely make sure people are gone before you rant about them.
