It was a last minute stay due to hospital emergency. Suggested by my brother. Check in was easy and staff at check in and breakfast were very kind.

The halls smelled of pot and cigarette smoke and does slamming in the early hours made it difficult to sleep. But the hostess was very kind and tried to take care of the "smells"

They would not let us stay because my girlfriend who I came to visit because I live out of town currently used her id to book me the hotel and it had a Billings local address. I was not happy one bit. They would not even let us explain and to just use his id for check in.

We felt like everything was broken. Cable didn’t work, doors said that they would be locked between 10pm and 5 am, they were not. Toilet seat was broken, TP holder came out of the wall. Didn’t scream safe.

The breakfast was exceptionally good!
Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, toast, condiments, two fruit juices, lots of hot drink choices, muffins, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, canned fruits. More than anyone could ever need. 100% better than all other places we stayed on this one month trip!

Hair in bathtub and on towels, mold in bathroom seal. One room smelled of cat pee.

The good: staff was friendly, room was fairly clean, breakfast was average motel breakfast, quiet industrial location short distance from highway.
The not-so-good: The room had an unpleasant oder, the window was cracked, the bed was pretty hard, the sink was very slow to drain, there were not any restaurants within walking distance (there were a couple within a short drive though).
Not the worst experience but i would probably not stay here again.

Stayed here on several trips. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good breakfast. Thought I’d save time by doing the online check-in (upload lD, credit card for incidentals etc) but had to repeat it all at the desk anyway so that was frustrating. Hallway carpets could use cleaning/replacement but otherwise great stay.

Property in industrial estate so can hear noise from lorries. No places to eat in the vicinity.
Reception staff helpful and understanding.
Room dated, broken window and stained and old bed sheets. Bathroom was clean and sufficient towels and toiletries. Breakfast was included but wish it wasn't. Would not stay here again. Turned me off the chain of hotels.

Easy access from freeway. Quiet and peaceful. Nice to have briquette bbq available if needed. Breakfast was nothing special nothing yummy other than lack luster biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet, which was great as we were there for a medical procedure the next day and needed a good night's sleep since we had to rise early the following morning. It was just what the doctor ordered, so to speak.

Hotel staff was great! Hotel walls are thin and can here people talking all night till the morning. Hotel is older building but ok. Need to drive for restaurants.

Where to begin? Had to unplug fridge because it was too noisy, same with in-wall AC unit after putting up with it for half the night; one of our two beds seemed like it was only partly changed; there was a slightly “off” smell in the room; the WIFI was 1 bar to nothing; the “breakfast” was a joke, etc., etc… Sorry to pile on Super8, but I’m just calling it as I saw it. What can I say? We gambled on a less expensive motel and lost.

It's a super 8. Not the ritz.

Breakfast was better than i thought lol they had scambled eggs, sausage gravy biscuits, light bread, packaged pastries, fruit cups, apple or orange juice, variety of jams, peanut butter, cereals, instant oatmeal. A good variety considering.
Bathroom amenities oh! And a good bed.
Place felt safe, and welcoming.
Would stay here again.

Our room was clean, near the interstate. Large parking for our trailer. However the drains needed cleaned. They were very clogged.

Room ok,but would like to be able to select room,1st or 2nd floor. Hard to do 2nd on up floors,.Elavators are not useable sometimes if they have them

Don’t walk barefoot on the hardwood floor! My feet were black from the unclean floors! That kind of tainted my entire opinion of this location.

Desk clerk was rude, my usuall stay at Super8 Billings. Most staff are friendly towards me. I didnt appreciate this last person throwing my id & credit card back at me. No greeting as i walked in, rolled her eyes at me as she threw my stuff back at me
