Clean newly renovated will stay again. Usually stay at Hampton Inn, but at this price it pays for dinner. Quiet. Roses restaurant next door is fabulous

Clean, tidy and convenient. I would stay again

The continental breakfast was great. Everything else was standard & decently clean.

We stayed for a quick overnight, to attend a wedding about 10 mins from the hotel. The room blocks at other hotels were for a 2 night minimum, and we needed a hotel for just one night - this worked well for us. Pretty clean, convenient location, and reasonable price. One thing - UBER is not available in much of this area. Just a fyi in case you’re also coming for a wedding.

great place to stay. Employees were very nice and rooms very clean and well taken care of. The town of Lee was also very cute and the hotel was in a great location to get back on the highway.

Average hotel; did not meet my expectations.

The bathroom floor had not been washed in a long time! Just walking in and putting things away, the white socks were filthy, as well as the floor being sticky! The shower had mold on the corner part of the tub and there was short dark hair on the shower wall. Obviously, this was NOT cleaned! GROSS! Would not recommend this hotel!!

Overall, our stay was adequate. However, upon our on-time arrival for check-in we were informed that no rooms on the first floor were clean yet and we would have to take a room on the second floor. We were fine with that until we realized that there was no elevator and had to carry several pieces of luggage up the stairs to our room. My wife and I each have RA and would have appreciated knowing that there was not elevator when we originally booked. The receptionast kindly offered to help and we told her that that would not be necessary. The hotel was clean inside and out, the staff was friendly and helpful. Vending and ice machines were only available on the first floor. There was very little variety in the vending machines and no soft drinks offered at all. The hotel was centrally located which suited us just fine as we were touring the Berkshires, middle, north and south.

Quiet, clean, reasonable

Staff was nice and our room was clean and comfortable. It was close enough to downtown Lee to be convenient. The breakfast was okay, but unmemorable.

Room was poorly set up. Chair was squeezed into a corner like a timeout chair. There was a previously used body lotion in the bathroom. Very little shampoo in the shower. Extremely old bathroom fixtures.

Great location for Tanglewood

I have been staying here for the past few years. Used to be called by different name. It has changed a lot and it's very nice.

Pros: bed was comfy, free breakfast, off of 90. The staff was very nice. The ac worked well. Has a laundry area Cons: when walking in the room it had a musty smell. The room was humid which made me feel like everything was dirty. I want to make clear, the bedding did appear to be clean but the humidity mixed with the odor gives the impression that things aren’t cleaned. Idk if there is anything the hotel can do about that, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

Quick stay but everything was very nice!

Well situated in town of Lee, a quick walk to Dunkin/ Starbucks/ McDonald’s or a 2 minute drive to their nostalgic downtown with its tall-steepled white wooden church & strip of local, non-franchise stores including the excellent 51 Park Restaurant. A short (10-25 minutes) drive to the nearby Berkshire attractions in Stockbridge, Lenox & Pittsfield including Tanglewood, Jacob’s Pillow, various summer theaters, N Rockwell Museum, Chesterwood, National Shrine of Divine Mercy, Naumkeag, Wharton’s The Mount, Melville’s Arrowhead, & Hancock Shaker Village. Free parking & basic breakfast, recently renovated rooms on the small size. A bit pricey but above-average motel.

This is a no-frills motel, but clean and comfortable, and an excellent bargain in the Berkshires, which can be very expensive in the summer months. Close to outlet mall, the Mass Pike, and some great little restaurants and shops in downtown Lee. We stay here when we see a show at Tanglewood and don't want to drive all the way home late at night.

I was comfortable and cozy for a quick getaway. I thought the complimentary breakfast would’ve been a little better, but overall it was still good. Will comeback again.

The room was clean, but I had issues with the bathroom that had hair in the sink and in the tub.

Ok stop while traveling. Average breakfast. Room was clean but bathroom floor sticky and had what looked like a dried up contact lens stuck to floor. Good location off highway for traveling.

Not bad. Good price. Bed & pillows were comfy. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Hairs on the bathroom floor. The tissues weren't refilled. TV was a pain - the guide did not line up with the actual channels and the remote was slow. Check-in was quick and easy, friendly person at the counter. Property was quiet and convenient to shops and restaurants, right on the main street of Lee. Fridge was a good size, no freezer. Microwave included.

Our one negative is the breakfast - it was all vending machine, high fat/high carb pastry. Nothing edible except instant oatmeal. The worst food ever, so we ate at the restaurant next door.

The renovations were good to this property, we enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was attentive and helpful.
