I was pretty upset that we spent nearly $300 to stay in this dump, the room was damp and dirty. The toilet did not work unless you jiggled the handle and tried it 2 -3 times. The room was small and I felt unsafe for myself and my kids. The "continental breakfast" was a joke, we got there around 9:15 AM and there were 4 pieces of bread left, stale cereal some yogurt, and old granola bars. There were NO Gluten free options available, I asked. We travel a lot, and we have stayed in a few Super 8's but this will be the absolute last time we stay in a Super 8 and the last time we stay in Pincher Creek. I did try to convey my concerns to the front desk, but of course, the Manager was nowhere to be found. Why is there not a Manager on-site?

Only few things liked was, the location is very convenient, resturants and shops close by,walking distance. Breakfast is okay okay but if eggs were included, it could have been complete Breakfast. Carpet and condition of the rooms are very old. Needs some upgrading especially carpets and bathrooms, curtain in the bathroom needs to be completely changed. Loved the little area with coffee and juice for 24 hours,nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall just need the upgrading of the hotel in some areas.

This is a good budget hotel option (for the area) for those who don't want to spend two or three times more to stay in Waterton NP. The hotel rooms are decent, although the bathrooms are a bit small. The layout is a bit odd, because the main floor rooms are slightly below ground, and the breakfast is a bit lacklustre, but it's clean and affordable.
It is in a good location, close to a Wal-Mart, several restaurants and far enough from the highway to be quiet, but not so far that it means driving across town.

The hotel’s age was definitely showing… cracked tile in the shower, the furnishings & decor were aged, a few stains on the white sheets (although they were clean) & it looked like a kid had taken a permanent marker to the bathroom door. The beds were firm & comfortable. The staff was friendly during our few interactions. It’s a fine place for sleeping, just not somewhere you want to spend extra time hanging out, which was fine for us since we were there to visit the surrounding area. It wasn’t anything special but we’ve paid more for worse.
