The Aircon is not working at all. The thermostat is dead. The fridge is not leveled.

Lady attendant who works night shift on July 29-30 at the front desk was very nice! She's so kind and accomodating to all incoming and outgoing guest. Overall, everything was as expected. Would love to come back nextyear with family! Would also love to see the night shift lady once again! ❤️

We booked for 2 beds for a private and certain reason, we're given a single bed! But gladly, the front desk lady(night shift) was able to fixed it for us. 💯

We were there 4 nights and every morning was the same breakfast, eggs and sausages. Is it possible to diversify it somehow?

The room was very nice but was not wheelchair friendy. The tub surround should have bars to hang onto. I have Parkinsons and i found the bathròm very hard to use..

Thè hotel was very quiet and i slept very weĺl. The breakfasts were better than the seniors building i live in . The kitchen was really clean and was well stocked.

The staff at the front desk tried to be helpful

A mistake was made with the booking date and we tried to cancel so there was no availability. I got notice right to my calendar for July 26 & 27, but when we got there there was just a room for the 27th and we were unable to cancel and we had to go elsewhere. We never got to stay there.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast included and a joy to take the hot tub after a long journey

Would have liked a bar to sit and have a drink
