Very nice hotel within easy reach of the M5 and Gloucester. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine with hot food, cereals and toast. Plenty of room in the car park and very friendly staff. Worked out well for a couple of days

Lovely staff at check in and breakfast. Clean room with comfortable bed. Pub beside the hotel serves nice food but otherwise not much around the hotel. Good for a stop over on the way to or from a more interesting destination

Noisey people in next room shouting at night on first night night, reception immediately sorted it for us, rest of week very good, excellent staff.

Pleasant, bright and clean. Also windows that open are most welcome (ie. no air conditioning but electric panel heaters instead - great!). I look forward to further visits.

Had ground floor room near main entrance. Background noise continually from services room next door. Single bed had no side edge support so felt like easy to roll off bed and had to keep finding better sleeping position to stop falling off.

The whole place have a stale smell to it. From the instant you walk into the property, you'd smell it. My room had a strange smell overnight, terrible experience.

Our room was spotless and had everything that we could need, like a hairdryer and iron and board! Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again

Pretty good for a holiday inn. The room was ckean and well maintained, and breakfast provided all if the usual items. The staff were all friendly and polite. Only criticism would be that the electric sockets only worked when lights in that part of the room were on. I plugged ny phone in to charge a d then went to bed. After a couple of days i was surprised to find my phone battery almost dead. It seemed a bit of a miserly practise for an orherwise very acceptable hotel.

A one night stop over which suited us fine. A bonus having a nice pub in the same car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seemed a bit odd that in such a big “ disabled” room the bed was a very small double.
