Room is great, except that it was clearly a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking

Stay was fine, just a break from a long day of air travel. Comfy bed and room, so so experience with a very pricey breakfast buffet. Bathroom floor could really use a good deep cleaning.

I would not stay here again. The hotel is too expensive for what it is. Lobby looks really nice and that is where it ends.

The hotel is very convenient for airport travel as it is connected to a walkway that takes you straight into the airport. We didn’t feel our room was cleaned very well, but did appreciate that there was no wall to wall carpeting. Only an area rug under the beds. Overall, it was adequate for a short stay.

Great location with Quick Access to Airport straight from the Lobby to TSA Check Point within minutes. Booked for Airport Access but also it was the Hotel of the Visiting NFL Team for this particular game.

I like the convenience of parking, staying at the hotel, and catching my flight all in one effort.

I do not recommend! Don’t waste your money! The room was dirty and smelled piss! The corridor was very noisy, I could not sleep!

Rooms are not well maintained, bathroom cleaning is not good at all. Food has decreased its quality and prices are much higher now.

Late arrival at PIT. So glad to know a good bed was only a "people mover" away. Quality hotel with quality staff.

AC didn’t cool great, but the room was nice

Nice restaurant on site. Prices were reasonable. A quick 10 minute walk to the terminal, along a moving walkway. Leave lots of time as security lineup was crazy. Recommend the hotel

This is a great option for very early morning flights out of the Pittsburgh airport which you know has a huge issue with their security lines. The hotel was very nice, clean and had a nice restaurant. When it’s time to go to the airport it’s a very short walk indoors.

We were only there for 7 hours and it was fine. Thin walls and could hear doors locking and closing throughout the night.

AC broke but they came immediately.

Nothing wrong with the hotel just nothing other than the hotel being attached to the airport and there is nothing around within walking distance.

This hotel is on the pricey side but it is absolutely worth it. We love the convenience of rolling out of bed and being just steps away from security, without having to step outside at all. The room is comfortable and surprisingly quiet, but what we love most is the top tier customer service. Throughout all of our stays here, they never fail to exceed our expectations, offering to go and and beyond to make our short stay fantastic. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

This is definitely the least posh Hotel Indigo that I have stayed at. That is not a big deal honestly. The bed in our room definitely felt like it needed to be replaced. Despite all the employees being nice and in a good mood, there was a certain level of incompetence from the top down. We asked for our room to be serviced (new towels/cleaning) every day we were there. They failed to service our room on every day despite asking multiple times. There was a child lock on the HBO. When we called to get the code the front desk employee was lost. She said she would figure it out and get back to us. We never heard back. The second day of our trip, when our room wasn't serviced, I brought our towels down to the front desk in hopes of getting fresh ones. I was told they didn't have any and they would bring towels up when they were ready. We did'nt hear anything back. I went down 3 hours later and asked for towels. In short, ok Hotel Indigo, the employees are nice, but goofy and incompetent. The only exception I would say is the executive chef who also runs the bar on certain days. She was a breath of fresh air.

It’s an airport hotel so you’re never going to love it but this one needs investment and an update to this century. The rooms are just feel dated. Arriving tired you want to find the light switches easily but not here. And also plug devices in but nothing is easy - no plug sockets near the bed. Breakfast server was lovely though

It was adequate for the convenience of walking to the airport, other than that not worth the price.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, and the server was very friendly and welcoming.

It’s all about convenience of getting to the airport via walking. The bed is very comfortable and it’s nice to have a decent coffee maker in the room. But why not washable mugs to have your coffee in? My room was very quiet so had a great sleep.

Great place to stay when catching an early flight. Very convenient. Only wish is that there was a discount on the parking if you stayed there.

A little pricey for what you actually get and the parking is just ridiculous. It was very convenient and that’s the saving grace

Every surface has a visible stain or chip or burn mark. Old property, needs remodeling. Not fit for guests as is.

Pool was in disrepair and light in entry did not work and house keeping did not fix it

Can't beat the location, at the airport. Very good restaurant but tends to get busy and thus slower service. Was given a room near the ice machine, and staff cheerfully and easily relocated me. Room was quiet. Bed seemed a bit worn out and soft.

Room was super warm even with being on coldest temp. The bedding was wet due to how warm it was. Hotel staff not friendly at check in.

Guess we’re too loud music playing at 3am, you could hear door been cloaked abruptly to the point that I couldn’t get no sleep at all. Hotel staff should take action on these matters, it looks like we were sleeping next to a night club, won’t be staying here next time
