Probably one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very nice pool and hot tub. Highly recommend. For dining, go to the town of Trinidad about 10 minutes north.

Our room had dusty trash and bits of food under the chair and bed. There was mold in the bathroom. When staff were notified they were apologetic. Disappointed as the rooms have been nice in the past

Very clean staff was wonderful, I could hear everything going on through the walls. There wasn’t any food in close proximity to the property we had to drive about 10 min so that wasn’t so bad. I would come back here.

Very clean, loved the breakfast options in the morning! Pool was available untill 10pm!!! Only downside was the walls are thin and you can hear the next room over but it beats other Hotels near by I give a 5 star I would definitely be back in the future!

Very convenient to highway and basically in front of Arcata airport. Yet, it is so super quiet because the airport is just a building and flights are sparse. I did not notice any incoming or outgoing flight the whole stay. I love the easy access to the Redwood National and State parks up north for hiking. The hotel staff is very courteous and room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this for a relaxing family getaway.

Everything here is as good - clean & comfortable. The only problem was that every time someone took a shower on our room, the steam set off an alarm which was piercingly loud. We told the front desk about it & he was not too concerned, he told us to fan the steam away with a towel.

This hotel is great! It is so convenient. We visited the Redwood National Park, and this hotel is about 30 minutes away. It is also very close to the airport and the route 101 highway, and you can almost see the Pacific Ocean from the hotel. The staff there are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
