We stayed 1 night at this hotel, very comfortable and very professional staff. Only problem was street noise, some people apparently held a party on the square just below our window.

We like the NH brand and have stayed at others. This hotel is essentially 2 buildings connected by an enclosed walkway at ground level. We were in building 2 and whilst I don't fully know what the construction method is/was - if you're sitting up in bed and somebody down the hall way slams their room door, you will feel your headboard shake.
Plentiful breakfast to suit most tastes but felt they could do more to keep the food warm - even warming the plates would help (maybe I'm being picky)..
Only takes about 15 minutes to walk into the main shopping and restaurant areas and the Guadelmedina metro station and Malaga Centro train station are both nearby providing an easy connection with the airport and other destinations so it's ideally located for getting around.
Swimming pool is a bit too small to actually "swim" in and although we didn't use it this time, it probably provides a welcome break from the summer heat in peak season.
All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Somebody actually comes to the room with fresh water and turns your bed sheets down in the early evening.
Very good- overall, we like Malaga and would stay at this NH again.

Perfect location for exploring Malaga. We had onward travel so it was in between the train/bus staition and on the border of the historic center. The balcony overlooked the church which was very nice. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The staff were very friendly. We didnt have time to use the pool as there was so much to do. Highly recommend cycling along the coast to the restaurants on the beach if you have time!

The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are very nice. My biggest disappointment was the front desk staff, not very friendly and almost afraid to ask a question. The pool is very very small but it works. It was ok.

Great location with great shopping, restaurants and the old district in a short walk. The room was lovely and the bed was fantastic. Friendly and service minded staff, overall a great hotel. We will stay here again

Hotel is in a great location close to the historic centre and around 20 minutes walking from Malagueta beach. The hotel is modern and has great amenities like the pool and gym. The staff are very helpful and polite. The only two things I can say are that the air conditioning was not the strongest so even on the coldest setting, the room wasn’t as cold as I expected it to be. I think that comes down to preference but having the option to have it colder would be best, especially if it is 35 degrees outside. The other minor thing was the WiFi signal. For some reason it would not work properly in certain parts of the room, especially from the bed which was just unfortunate. I believe it has something to do with the location of my room though as it was on the very corner of the hallway. It probably works fine on other rooms. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel. There are also many shop options around like a shopping centre 10 minutes away and a Lidl 5 minutes away.

I loved the hotel lovely rooms , lovey staff , the only downfall it has if you stay in the rooms on the left hand side and want to go to the pool for 11.00 Am the door was never opened for 11.00 Am , but if stayed in the rooms on the right people were there before 11.00 so we never got a sun bed . And the other downside was there is a lot of homeless people at the back of the Hotel where we stayed and they could be very loud . That the only two negative things every thing else was great

not the first time we have stayed here so we knew it would be good , i asked for a room on the pool floor leveland got one room246 . the hotel itself is close to the centre and 15 mins from the port of malaga an easy walk , we stay here for the location and will be back thats for sure ,

Great hotel for a city break in Malaga. Small pool but a great escape from the summer heat. Never too busy and definitely less busy than the beach in July. Pool there to help alleviate the heat rather than for swimming. Great pool bar up there too only open in the daytime.

Staff at front desk was excellent. I had room service that was below standard. I was told15 to 20 min. I called 30 min later and was told it would be another 20 min. I told them to cancel it but 10 min later they brought my order. Uncooked hamburger was not good.

Great location. Head one way for all the delights of Malaga and head the other way to the bus and train stations to travel further afield.
Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool albeit a little on the small side. Room was well appointed and serviced regularly. Breakfast was magnificent - so much choice of quality items and had to resist temptation to overeat.

When I came in, Silverfish was in the bathroom, and I saw what looked like blood stains on the blanket, so I reported it to the front desk, but they didn't even say sorry.

1. Location: Airport accessibility is excellent. It's about 15 minutes from Malaga Airport's Uber point and costs less than 20 euros. (As of March 24)
2. Service: The reception staff speak English well. The reception is open even in the early morning and answers phone calls for room inquiries. The parking lot is large and easy to get into. Parking costs 18 euros per day, and once you park, you can present your parking ticket to the reception. Breakfast includes all kinds of fruits, dairy products, bread, coffee, etc. I liked the freshness of fruit for breakfast, so I ate fruit every day.
3. Room: The room looks a bit old. Room slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. are not provided. (I don't know if they'll give you if you ask for it.) There's a electric kettle for boiling water and a hair dryer, but there's no Nespresso machine. The reason I deducted one star from the room is because when I first arrived in the room it smelled like old wallpaper so I had to leave the door open for about an hour and the water pressure in the shower was very weak.
