Very nice hotel off the highway in Italy. Beds are very comfortable room is very clean and the air conditioner work well! Service was really friendly and professional. Parking was private and easy to drive into. Definitely recommend for an over night Stay anytime.

Nice hotel but not in nice area, in an industrial area close to freeway. Room clean but little dated, for a 4 star hotel, at least have amenities. Overall nice hotel, reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and free parking is a bonus.

Everything looked a bit tired... and it was very far from the city.. the only transportation was taxi or a long walk to a deserted train station.. the man at reception enthusiastically offer to book tours for me.. then charged me 80e extra and asked for cash!

Not a good location. Bed was comfortable. Leaking ceiling right in front of room entrance. Difficult getting in and out of the parking structure. Not a safe area. Difficult to get to. Restaurant food was awful as well as waiter service. Front desk help

The reception person at our first night was a rude man. He was almost sending me and my family (including 2 kids) to out in the middle of the nights. It was not a clean hotel. The breakfast was terrible. There was nothing fresh. We stayed 2 nights and I needed to stay one more day in the city but I didn't want to move all of our staffs and this is why I booked another night and made it 3 nights at all. But at my final night booking I didn't buy the breakfast because I saw it previous days.

A hidden jewel. Off the beaten path but good location to walk to food shopping and train into Florence. Hotel insides were very nice. Had ac and secure free parking. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel, very modern looking inside. Very nice decor, excellent big room, excellent ensuite. Friendly, helpful staff, very good restaurant, very secure hotel parking. Close to motorway. 12 minute walk to local railway station, frequent trains to Florence. A perfect location for visiting Florence without having to take a car. The local area is a bit “industrial”, but there is a huge, modern shopping mall, virtually across the road from the hotel. The mall has lots of eateries and hundreds of shops.

We took a taxi at airport and the driver asked us twice to confirm that we knew that this hotel was not located at Florence, but at Campi Bisenzio, at that moment we did not understand well. Finally we arrived, hotel staff was very friendly, we asked him about public transportation like bus, we understand it was very difficult, taxi cost is high compared to rent a car so by the end of the day we were renting a car, going to florence, seeking a parking garage, but with the car we had a choice to visit La Toscana, beautiful place.

The hotel itself and its staff were a delight. The only drawback was its position, being quite difficult to find by car. The only walkable facilites such as restaurants are in a main shopping centre close by, so its really a car journey to get restaurants and bars.

Nice place but a little far from down town Florence. Staff recommended excellent restaurant in the neighborhood for dinner and it was a pleasant experience. Thanks to Diego. Great shopping center around to visit. Internet connection was not the best in the room but great in the hall and reception area.

We were given a smoking room when we arrived, luckily the previous occupant did not smoke there, so we were OK living there for 2 days. the neighborhood is kind run down from outside, but they do offer free access to locked garage, one negative is that they do a lot of Chinese tourist bus business, so late night and early morning the hall way is very noisy, and don't go to breakfast before 8:30AM, you won't be able to compete for the food with these large groups. One hotel we stayed also deal with large Chinese tour bus, but they serve them breakfast at separate area vs. the regular customer. suggest this hotel may do the same.

Overall the hotel was adequate, although lacked any atmosphere. Was quiet other than a few other residents. The surrounding area was quite off putting, luckily we had access to a car, other than this I would have been reluctant to leave the hotel on foot.

The hotel is like your average american hotel and they have a pretty nice breakfast buffet- when it's stocked. But otherwise it's far away from Florence. Stay here if you're renting a car, otherwise you'll have to walk at least 10 minutes to the closest "train station" (a platform) and it's rather desolate after dark. They say it's in a business district, but it's more like an industrial area. No easy access to buses or taxis. Good luck getting around without a car!
