Staff were friendly and professional.
Lifts are tiny, uncomfortable for 2 people and luggage.
Room was clean but everything from furniture to furnishings felt cheap and worn. Towels were frayed, furniture chipped.
No drink facilities in room and also none available in reception.
Breakfast was good.
No bar facility.

Nice modern hotel less than 5 minutes walk from wonderful beach and 10 minutes from old town. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortably furnished. The balcony afforded a view over the town and to the sea. Bed was comfortable. We were able to sleep with window open. Rea and coffee making facilities in room. Continental breakfast was good. Staff friendly and efficient.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the beach and close to enough shops and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. The room seemed clean although it had a very musty smell, even after leaving the windows open for a few hours. What put me off a bit was climbing into bed that night and finding sand on the sheets where my feet were, as if the sheets had not been changed. I then tried to sleep on the top sheet but realised that the duvet was not in a cover but rather wedged between 2 sheets. This made it a bit unpleasant. The breakfast the next morning was great and had good variety.

This hotel was ideal for our San Sebastián vacation. We were only 1 minute from the beach, and about 15 minutes from all of the famous pintxo places. Staff were nice and they left out free soda and water for guests when they returned to the building. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the cafes nearby are good.

A modern hotel perfectly located to explore San Sebastián. It is a two minute walk to the beach and ten minutes to the buzzing old town. Very good value for money.

Fabulous room, top floor suite with amazing view and dual aspect. Unfortunately we had to move to another room during our stay that wasn’t nearly so nice and had a bit of a mould issue

Incredibly overpriced and uncomfortable. Furniture was out of the 70s and scratched. Towels and sheets were stained. There is a strange damp smell throughout the hotel. The service was good, and the location is great, but that’s about it.

Great location, but to charge us 54 euros for staying in the garage for 1 night is too much. Price for the room was also 500 euros for 1 night and the breakfast as not great. Sadly not that many options in San Sebastián.

I was very surprised that the hotel had no lounge, pool, spa or restaurant. My fault for not checking the site thoroughly, but for a so called 4 Star I was expecting some amenities. The staff is kind and the rooms are clean. But overall, I would not recommend it. Also, there is major construction going on and you are on a busy road. For the price I would have expected more.

Stayed in one of the sea view suites. Fantastic views from both balconies across the bay. The front of house staff were exceptional, very friendly and great communication. Would definitely stay again if back in Donostia.

Hotel is in a great location, just a street back from the beach with its lovely promenade. 15 minutes walk to the old town. If coming by car it’s easy to get to and park at. We had a junior suite on the top floor on the corner - room 504 - and the views were amazing. Check in staff were friendly and it was nice to have cans of free soft drinks available upon our return in the afternoon.

No AC regardless of the heat, was told it was not time to turn AC on, the bathtub floor is extremely slippery and right out dangerous, very limited channels available, no water bottles, way less coffee available in the rooms, although the room is spacious, the bujía old and trash cans line the front, very disappointing

Excellent helpful reception. Superb views across the bay. Ultra easy car parking. Rooms a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. They have a strange assortment of lights in the room that are more of a nuisance than useful. No USB sockets in room. Close to eateries and bars. Convenient location easy to find.

Key needed to be reprogrammed, AC didn’t work, TV cable not connected.Connecting door to adjoining room not locked, window wouldn’t close properly. After staff addressed what they could it was fine. Good location.

This property is perfectly located by the beach without being on the beach so a little quieter than beach front. Great little restaurants right next door, staff really helpful, breakfast buffet with so many choices, clean, elevators for old knees etc. nespresso machine in room:) Junior suite was perfect for longer stay with peek a boo view, couch and chair.
