Property was great, however, being an VIP hotel, I thought I would get an offer for upgrade or some kind of perk, k was under that impression, but maybe I’m wrong.

Real nice people and loved the beaches and activities

I loved all the activities they have planned weekly. The staff at breakfast buffet were excellent. The music that was played during activities was great.

This hotel has a good location. Very close to a shopping center and several restaurants. Minutes from downtown Vallarta. The facility is outdated but still has its charm. Don’t expect high luxury, but still very comfy. The beds were just the proper firmness, slept like a baby!

Loved it just didn’t like we couldn’t control the AC we had no thermostat

Would stay again

We had to change the room 4 times before we got a room that was some what acceptable. The first room was on the first floor and the sliding door was broken and didn’t lock. We were all girls and this was definitely a no. We got changed into a different room but the second room only had one bed which our reservation was for two beds. The third room we had maintenance come out to figure out why the room wasn’t cooling down to find out the ac was broken so we got changed into the fourth room. We were just tired of changing rooms so we just dealt with it. The room felt super moist. Our clothes were always damp. Couldn't leave chips or anything dry out cause by morning it would be soggy. Our bed felt wet all the time so we would get the towels to dry were we would lay down. At one point the mirrors and floor would have a layer of mist on them so we had to be careful walking around to not slip on the tile. Another big thing we didn’t like was the man who checked us in asked if we would like to see there new hotel for 90 mins for a bottle of tequila. DONT DO IT. We were gone for half the day with them trying to sell us some point system with there hotel. It was a complete waste of time. We kept tryin to leave but someone else would try to sell us again. It was so annoying. Lost a day of vacation cause of it. Only thing I give the place was the staff were nice. They were always willing to help or explain something to us that we didn’t know. Next time I go I wont stay in this hotel

The pool area was so much fun, the slide was a hit for the whole family. But they closed they waterfall and slide at 6 p.m. we wished it was a bit later.

Villa del palmar is our safe spot, we’ve always had great experiences

Front staff were rude. I was suppose to arrive on 8-19, but flight was canceled due to weather so didn’t arrive until the 20th. Staff indicated it’s not their fault so they weren’t willing to compensate nor extend stay at no additional cost. The other thing was we kept being harassed to sit through time share presentations

We love our stay

Each room has refrigerator and kitchen but your not allowed to bring down your own snacks or beverages.. not even a bottle of water to the common pool area

Very convenient location mall and restaurants walking distance, very clean . 9/10 because they don’t accept cash only credit cards.

I loved the Mexican folkloric dance group, the pools awesome, the food was delicious and fresh, staff very friendly and helpful, specially Julio- he make everything is his power to accommodate all our needs. Also, they concierge Miguel and Melany. They really help us. Thank you, Villa Del Palmer for making our stay in Puerto Vallarta a wonderful and unique family time.

The hotel was great. We loved Omar. He always greeted us and made us feel welcome at the pool. Housekeeping was also great. The only thing I didn’t love was constantly being asked for our room number for everything.

I almost cancelled my reservation after reading negative reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t. We stayed for 3 days and everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, the worker at the omelette station was very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. There’s numerous activities going on for all ages. The beach in this zone is known for not being the cleanest around but it was still nice to walk the beach in the afternoons and buy from local vendors.

Nice athmosphere

We loved our stay in Villa del palmar, staff are nice and welcoming. Our room was always made up everyday, clean and ac was good. Breakfast buffet has plenty of selections. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a amazing bell man named Paul fast efficient and gave us some amazing recommendations for things to do staff was friendly and resort was very clean kids enjoyed the slide in the pool

Everyone was friendly and it was easy to get to accommodations around in the general area, grocery store, restaurants, ect....
