Very nice location on the Missouri river, the balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. Great room layout with a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom and a separate door for the bedroom when someone goes to bed first and doesn't want to hear the t.v..

This is a magnificent hotel on the banks of the Missouri River. It is beautifully planted with so many flowers. Everything was top notch. I’ll be returning soon. Perfect for business or family travels.

Our go to when in Great Falls. We love the King Suite overlooking the river. Very nice breakfast offerings, especially love the espresso/latte machine. Nice walking trails and great location. We also love the pizza restaurant next door (Mackenzie River).

No rail on side entrance and there are two steps the bed is too high for old people and they did not have a stool had to go to Walmart and buy one. When we checked we asked what breakfast ended and they said 10:00 but it was closed this at 9:30 when we went there

My family and I stayed here on our way from Yellowstone back to Canada. The location is gorgeous, the rooms are quiet and well appointed.

Ill say i called three times to confirm shuttle service, only to be told on day of travel there was no shuttle service. They recommended a taxi service Uber was 10$ cheaper. You would think they would try to make it right with me after confirming three times there was a service but they didnt offer anything to compensate me.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. It is definitely older and needs some renovations for sure. The pool was nice but didn’t have a change room available. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of items to choose from. Perky of parking at the property and very close to a few restaurants and shopping.

Weve stayed twice at this hotel and it was better 2 years ago. We had constant noise of children above us stomping around all hours. Phoned front desk but just got worse. I left my jacket in the closet and am not sure if ill ever see it again, cause they were not very helpful at the front desk. I phoned them right away to tell them about my coat and they transfered me to housekeeping whom i left 2 messages with. they never returned my phone call. The best part is MacKenzie river pizza co is right next door

This is a great little hotel. We had a great time here. Quick check in and everyone is SO nice here. Great free breakfast and nice indoor pool/spa. Right on the Missouri river and we had a suite overlooking the river on the 3rd floor. It was a little dated, but clean and AWESOME! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband was ill, and I asked for an early check in which they provided for us. In addition, they referred us to an urgent care that we were able to get into right away. Very good service all around.
One thing I feel is a negative which is not on the hotel at all, but the Applebee’s that is just down the street has an odd old greasy smell. Just was offputting.

The front desk staff were lovely and very accomodating. Unfortunately I cannot give this hotel a good review as it was very dirty. Our room had dog food all over the floor, and it looked like it had not been vacuumed properly. As we had been traveling for 10 hours and had an early morning I did not bother lodging a complaint. Why dogs are allowed in hotels in beyond me...and I am a dog owner, I just choose not to impose my dogs on other travellers and they stay at home with a dog sitter. Totally out of the staff's control at the hotel for the policy that allows dogs, but the cleaning staff should take care to clean extra so that travellers remain unaware that an animal has even been in the room.
