Great location for NYC Christmas events. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Only issue was getting our bags from storage when we checked in...had to ask multiple times

The hotel is not fancy but it is really well maintained and very clean! The staff was friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything. Location is great. Would definitely go back.

The location of this hotel is great. The staff was attentive and very friendly, but it took numerous requests to make a simple fix to get our TV working. I recommended that the engineer show all staff members how to do it. The hotel is dated and rooms are sparse. New carpeting and repairing chipped paint would help. The bathrooms are extremely small. That said, the bed and pillows are comfortable, water is hot and we did not hear street noise. There is a small desk in the king room we booked, so it is possible to work on a laptop. Overall, our experience was good - and if you aren’t looking for bells and whistles, I would recommend the hotel.

I was very well received by Johana, who helped me with everything! Later I met Ricardo who was also very attentive! When I return to NY I will definitely stay there and recommend it to a friend! Thank you very much!

We had an amazing stay over Thanksgiving at Club Quarters! They were so welcoming and even knew our names when we came and went! They accommodated us with several special requests! Great location! Totally professional staff and lovely facilities! I highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived, Joanne at the reception made us feel welcome. Actually, more than that. Joanne is so likeable you want her to be your new best friend. Later, we had an issue with the a/c in our room and, obviously, Joanne came to the rescue! Every place should have a Joanne and the world would be a better place.

The Club Quarters Hotel Times Square is in an excellent location for those visiting Times Square and the Theater District. It is comfortable and well maintained. It is also in a very attractive neighborhood.

Great location. Larger than average room for NYC. Take earplugs street noise or AC can be noisy. Wait for the lift sometimes longer than expected.

The hotel staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Warning - DO NOT use the parking garage suggested "Central Parking Garage" We and several other customers experienced bad service and were overcharged. There are plenty of other garages you can park at for less and with better service.

I got to the hotel to check in and was told they were “over booked” with their vip clients. I had to stay at a different hotel. The front desk agent was accommodating I guess, but save your time booking here if it’s later in the day. No guaranteed room.

The hotel meets our needs on many levels. It is centrally located and the cleanliness of hotel is impressive. Staff is professional.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff at all times. Tea and coffee available 24/7. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and public transport. Would highly recommend.

Staff are amazing. Location and price is great. Room didn't have much to offer: no windows, super small bathroom, no lounge furniture (couch, etc). Decent for a couple nights stay due to midtown location and price but don't expect a lot from the room.

Very friendly staff and the room has what you need. Perfect for business travel. Comfortable bed. Street noise is an issue, but it’s NYC. Rooms are on the smaller side. I book my employees to stay there as well.

This is downtown Manhattan. It is going to be noisy and a little messy outside. The rooms are small but clean. For midtown it is a good value.

Issue I had was that there was a window air conditioner in my second floor room which was not sealed effectively and street noise which woke me up throughout the two nights I stayed there.
