Bathroom had mold on ceiling. This is the only hotel in Fort Erie and it's maintained that way from the looks of it.

The hotel staff are lovely. We had a noisy fridge in our room and they came to unplug it. Not a problem for us as we didn’t need it. The breakfast offering was good. The hotel was conveniently close to the boarder crossing.

I booked a hotel and didn’t realize it was in Canada so I paid for a room and couldn’t stay because I had no passport with me I’m so upset I lost my money

The best thing that I can say about this hotel was that the staff were all friendly and helpful. The place has 2 floors and no elevator and they couldn't give us a room on the main floor. We had a double queen room on the second floor. We felt very crowded in it and the bathroom was so small that we couldn't manage the toilet without bumping into the vanity. The room had a fridge, microwave and a mickey mouse one cup coffee maker (not a Keurig). The coffee was quite good. There was an automatic coffee pot in the lobby that gave good coffee by pushing a button. Their soda machine wasn't operable so they turned a blind eye to people using the juice machine in the lobby. The hotel was old and outdated, the carpets in the halls and on the stairs were stained and dirty. The menu for breakfast was identical every day - pork sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bread or bagels for toasting, waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit (most of which wasn't ripe). The road trip was horrible to get there but it was very close to the border.

Clean but tired. Carpets throughout and chairs in breakfast area are worn. Bathrooms are nicely updated. Great shower. Hoping they keep continuing with upgrades.

This is a very friendly place. It’s close to the peace bridge crossing into Buffalo from Fort Erie. It’s full by midnight and it’s empty by mid morning. The staff is excellent- so very helpful. We had a great night sleep, quiet, clean and plentiful linens and an excellent breakfast buffet constantly replenished. This is certainly one of my favourite Comfort Inn locations on a road trip.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and we did not have any inconvenience during our 2 nights stay. The only thing is that the dining room is very small, so you might not find spots available during breakfast time. But no big deal. We took our breakfast to our room and ate there. I would come back for sure

Overall excellent experience. The staffs were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were nicely cleaned, private, and quiet. The location is quiet but navigating the hotel can be a bit tricky without GPS if one is not from the area. There is a free breakfast at mornings.

Excellent hotel in Fort Erie, close to all local amenities. Hotel bed are comfortable, rooms are clean, bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. Breakfast was good lots of choice and better than the average hotel breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Free parking.

The staffs were nice. The breakfast was great, but the breakfast area was too small. The toilet seat in my room could not stand, had to use hand to hold when using. The hair dryer was really dirty. Bed sheets and towels were clean.

Staff was efficient and friendly,a great quality. Iced lemon infused water was a great addition to have in the lobby. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was great except for as noted below.
Shower knob and underside of it need good scrubbing.
I’ve never seen a hotel that cleans underneath those knobs. Very difficult to see from standing upright but easily seen when bathing.

A cute and quiet little hotel, just off the main street through Fort Erie. My room was spotless, the bathroom had a tub/shower combo which was nice and the staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone asking and I’d be happy to book here again.
