I was never able to connect to wifi so I used my hotspot. There was no hair dryer in the room, I was glad I brought my own. It might be in the process of being remodeled as the bathroom looked good but the tub was ancient-looking, and dirty, I had the worst sausage I ever tasted so I only took one bite there was no OJ and they were out of coffee at 7:30am. Since we were passing through I would say keep look elsewhere.

Great location close to the mall and many other shopping stores and restaurants. The Applebees pictured on their property is closed. Clean hotel and room however we had no towels or a shower curtain. Breakfast was delicious

Check in was horrible. I arrived around 6pm for check in and given a key. As I was walking down the hall majority of the room’s doors were open for cleaning. Sure enough when I made it to my room it was still being cleaned. So I had to go back for a new room. In the next room the room was presentable but not “clean”. As I do my own cleaning/sanitation I notice the floor is dirty as well as the tub and bathroom sink and toilet. The elevator needs maintenance asap. As you are riding up the elevator the door doesn’t open all the way and will go to the next floor and repeat the same thing. So you have to catch it as soon as it starts to open and manually pull it open. So for my safety I took the stairs for the remainder of my stay after the elevator malfunction happened 3 different times for me. Would not stay in the future or recommend

I did not stay there. I asked to cancel my reservation. My assigned room had someone already there, and a man was hanging in the hallway near the room. The elevator was filthy!

The hotel was nice. I did not like the A/C Unit near the bed. I had to get a clap from the front dest to close the drapes completely. Also, had to have the bathroom sprayed to kill some type of bugs. I think the bugs was coming from the drain. But overall it was nice stay.

This was the absolute worst place to stay. As my gamily and I entered the room, there was a stale smell. Upon entering, you could see the filthy “white” curtains. The floor look as if it had been sliced with a knife, you could see the water damage on the wall, that they clearly painted over. Lastly, but most important the bathroom was utterly disgusting. You could the dirty hand prints on the light switch, counter tops were nasty, the tools looked as it had not been cleaned in months and the bathtub was grey and white from the discoloration and filth.

Very disappointed. Unfriendly check in desk person. Room floor was so nasty you could slide around with your shoes on. Room had visible spilled drink residue on furniture. Wouldn’t set foot in the tub/shower without shoes. Might have been clean, but looked awful. People in next room left TV on all night, could still hear it even in the hallway at 7am. Bed was comfortable though

The floors in the room and hotel were extremely dirty. We had to clean our room floor with a towel. Our room keep had to be activated every day.

Staff was helpful, and the neighborhood is fine, but the building is deteriorating. Most importantly, the room was filthy — so dirty and sticky feeling everywhere. I felt uncomfortable sitting, laying on the bed, and even walking on the carpet in my bare feet. We toughed it out the first night and then canceled the rest of our reservation and got a different hotel for the remainder of our time in Tallahassee.

Hazardous electrical placement, elevator broken but all ice and vending on 2nd and 3rd floors,
Concerned about my health, as i have been through Chemotherapy 4 times and have an extremely weak immune system....had to go buy myself clean sheets, pillows, clean mat for tub bottom to be able to shower and plastic to cover toilet seat....to help avoid getting aby type of infection or exposure.
I will be contacting the company directly as well.
I am requesting to be, at the VERY LEAST, partially refunded for this stay.

The rooms are nasty. Have someone go to the bathrooms and look at your corners and the gunk stuck on the floors. Under the coffee making area on the floor is not being swept. Its just gross. The bathtub faucet where you pull up for a shower is thick with gunk. The hair dryer handle is so sticky I had to place a rag around it. Uncared for Facility!!

The hotel is not really a Wyndham. With an indoor a/c unit set up in the wall and a gross bathroom that the tub was not completely secured to the floor.

Room light didn’t work, we entered at night. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. 3 guests booked 6 mos ago and only bath linens for 2. I wouldn’t write a review at all if I hadn’t stayed here multiple times with no complaints.

It was disgusting. We didn’t even stay. The hallways smelled like marijuana so thick we couldn’t breathe. The room was dirty. There was brown drippings on the walls of the bathroom. We left and got another hotel and are now fighting to get a refund.

The property is falling apart. The Tub is Bubbling typically occurs when the surface isn't properly cleaned or prepared and air gets trapped between the individual layers of coating. In other words, the coating will not adhere to the surface or lay flat as it should, and bubbles will form and dangerous to take a shower. in To think my elderly mother took a shower in that bathtub!

This hotel was extremely run down. Carpet in the hallways were disguising. Our floor was in the middle of some repairs but nothing was done during our stay. Just trim panels laying next to where they’re supposed to be installed but honestly the entire hallway needed to be painted, new carpets and done over. The room had no carpet. Nothing wrong with that but once the AC was on in the room, it caused condensation and the floor got wet and stayed this way all night. The breakfast was poor. One look at the food and I got my cup of coffee and left. This hotel needs to be completely renovated.

The elevator was broken and I had to use the stairs while carrying heavy luggage. The rooms and inner hotel surroundings were dirty and smelled terrible. The bathroom curtains had holes in them, absolutely nasty! A worker had to drain a juice machine into a bucket during breakfast, because the juice was terrible. I have worked with Wyndham for over 10 years, that’s why I picked to stay here. However, this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, all while it was for the occasion of my son’s college graduation. I expected comfort, but unfortunately I did not find it. This stay was not worth any penny. I have the photos to prove what I have said in this review.

The staff is great, the room was adequate but not very clean. The wifi was very “spotty “ and not working at times, I called the front desk and they rebooted the system in order for it to work. Some guests were very disruptive at night to the point that police had to intervene and eject them. It was a very stressful stay.

Our room had mold on lamps and room was very stuffy. They also told us at check in breakfast until 930. We went downstairs around 830 and she had everything put away cause she had a dr appointment. We were not the only people trying to get breakfast. Staff was so rude as well.

The property was badly damaged in a recent storm. It has holes in walls, stains on carpet, and a musty odor. My guest room was in the basement. It was bad. My second room was in the 3 floor. When you walk down the hall you’re scared. It’s nasty. But you walk in to a literal sanctuary. It was updated, clean and very nice. I don’t know if most rooms are Iike this or like the basement room. But my second room was great.
The elevator does not stop at the lobby. It stops in the basement and you walk up stairs to the lobby. The stairs do not exit to the lobby either. You must walk down to the basement and then take a different set of stairs to the lobby.

The stay was very comfortable and the attentiveness and hospitality by the staff, esp Mgr Raymond, will make me a return Wyndham rewards customer. Thank you!
