Fantastic hotel in a quiet location, staff extremely helpful and available 24/7. Reception area very comfortable with plenty of seating and child friendly area. All areas of the hotel are very clean and pleasant. Plenty of free car parking and close to places to eat and a large supermarket for food and fuel.
The bedroom was immaculate and well furnished with very comfortable king-size bed with TV, kettle and coffee and tea provided. Excellent shower with spotless towels and shampoo etc.
Breakfast was very substantial with a good selection of cooked eggs, bacon and sausage plus cold meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, cereal and several different breads and croissants. Very good coffee and fruit juices.
Would recommend as an overnight stop or a longer stay for a holiday in the Saint Malo area with lots of interesting places to go.

Secreted away in back of Carrefour carpark. Convenient Buffalo Grill hidden down alley way at back. Not glamorous but comfortable. Bus trip to st Malo Intra muros

Arrived after a long drive though France experiencing poor driving conditions- a lady (I think by name of Katherine) checked us in with great humour - she spoke english to us but we had to reply in french. Check-in super and a safe arrival drink poured without delay. I love staying here.

Smelled like a mix of a college dorm and a smokers hut/dive bar. Awful smell of smoke everywhere. When mentioned to the staff the response was simply to say but it’s a nine smoking hotel. Awful experience, in helpful staff, smells like an ashtray!!!

An good hotel for an overnight stop. Clean rooms, friendly personnel, very clean hotel, bar and restoration room. Lots of choice for breakfast. Only the pancakes were too hard, because of being under the warmth lamp for too long.

I booked a room with twin beds and a bath, ended up with a double bed and a shower.
Travelled with a dog and had to pay 10 euros extra for the dog which I wasn't aware of when I booked.
The hotel was very clean and felt very Covid safe. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Location is excellent and very close to Saint Malo city centre by car. It is a good balance between cost, car park and being close to Saint Malo. It is also good for be based for day trips like Mont Saint Michel and Dinan. The hotel was very clean. All Covid 19 protections were in place. Breakfast was at the standard of Ibis with everything necessary for the day. Staff was really welcoming. And last, there are many shops at walking distance. So, it is something good for the family before you leave.

This Ibis is so convenient. Easy access to port and shops and restaurant immediately behind the hotel. All simple but all makes for a successful trip. We had breakfast for the first time here. It is plentiful for the few euros it costs.

Good stay, arrived late at 12pm from the ferry, there were a couple of spaces left in the car park.Checknin was a bit slow as about 3 others arrived at the same time.Room clean and comfortable, although a bit small. Nice touch with kettle and coffee in room.

The hotel was more like a run down portacabin with tiny rooms and miserable ladies on reception during the day. The bed was very uncomfortable and if it hadnt been for going around the very beautiful old town of Saint Malo, it would have ruined the end of my holiday

If you want to stay in a picturesque, traditional hamlet in Spain this is it. Beautiful landscape and an amazing building. Food was pleasant and the couple who run it are very welcoming. En-suite more of a wet room, taking a shower leaves the loo a bit wet, but overall, we loved it.

Perfect for our needs - we were getting the ferry the next morning and wanted somewhere reasonably priced to stay. This Ibis hotel ticked the boxes. Well placed for the ferry port , clean room , pleasant staff , good price. would definitely recommend . Had a meal at the buffalo grill attached to the hotel - really good.

We've used this hotel a number of times. For the money it's perfectly acceptable. Rooms and clean and comfortable (with air con). Staff and bar area are nice. Not had the breakfast, but have no reason to assume this wouldn't be ok. Very close to the hyper market (across the car park) if you want to shop. It's a reasonably priced hotel, so perhaps the area is not that special - but we don't expect the Ritz for that money! Decent deck area to sit out and have a drink when weather is nice. One thing missing is tea/coffee making facilities in the room, other than that no complaints. Will continue to stay here.

we often use this hotel if the arriving ferry into St Malo is late rather than driving for several hours. It does late arrivals, but confirm by phone staff speak english always a help
