My 4-year-old granddaughter and I went on a train adventure this summer, and we LOVED our 3-night stay! The price was incomparable; the room was beautiful; we loved the complimentary breakfast to start our day and pretending that we were wealthy and owned that whole ginormous pool that we got to enjoy. I also can’t say enough about their friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help in any way they could to make our stay perfect. The only 4-star review I included was for the building itself. Since it is older with carpet and smoking rooms available, the hallway had an odor, but nothing that would stop us from enjoying another quick getaway.

Easy to get to but the air wasnt the best and it all smelt like smoke.

Room was clean very cool because the area is under a heat wave. Just wish breakfast would ha e had eggs bacon instead of just cereal and oatmeal.

Came across this Howard Johnsons on a trip driving back to Florida in Scott Louisiana exit 97 off the 10 freeway. Very accessible to ramp. Plenty of food choices within walking distance as well. Hotel was safe, clean and room very comfortable. The bed was heaven to sleep on. Checkin was fast and efficient with a wonderful young lady. Felt very safe for myself and vehicle. Which us hard to do sometimes at other locations. Definitely will make this a stop point on further travels

Everything was wonderful, except for the high bed. Ideally, beds should be wheelchair height.

Probably worst experience. Dirty outside and inside. I arrivwd near 10 pm and was stuck there. Also diffixult to find due to lack of road signage. Other ratings gave it an 8 cleanli ess review.

That’s the problem , I got charged to stay and I wasn’t allowed to because I had a dog and they had no room for anymore dogs . So because I booked through hotel.com and it never asked about a pet I paid to stay and couldn’t . I had to find another hotel . My husband wouldn’t let me book through hotel.com the rest of the trip because we have a dog and we got burned already

Good place to stay, but their breakfasts have gone done from what they used to offer.

May work for some but not my style. More of a long term stay place or a place you go for a “good time”. Didn’t feel comfortable staying there with my wife and daughter. Ended up just leaving and booking at a different hotel.

Property was in terrible shape, terrible all the way around. The faucet dripped all night, still have smoking rooms which made the hotel smell horrible, ice maker outside our door, the mattress was horrible I was too scared to even look under the sheets because sheets had stains on them. Burn mark on the dingy tub, at check in the receptionist gave us a smoking room which I did not book a smoking room and then tells us that all she had when indeed they had rooms online to still book. The hotel actually needs to be condemned. They had broke down cars in the parking lot, definitely made us feel very unsafe. They had some type of trucking company right behind the hotel that must have worked 24-7 needless to say we did not get much sleep because of the funk and the noise. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were there for a bike rally. It was good over all. Not having an elevator was a little bit of an inconvenience for those of us that have bad knees, but we made it through. Room was clean. Didn’t use housekeeping until we left.

It would of been nice to know the gueat can brong there dogs. I dont mind walking up stirs but the yappy dog just kept on barking. The room was fine, comfy bed, but the flees would bite when we got out of the bed. Now i have kill them in my car and house. Killing flees is not easy, so thank you for the wonderful memory.

Property is old
