room smelled like mildew. carpet was ragged, roaches in bathroom and hallway. molding in room was loose and there were bugs in the wall.

The pool was closed, which is the reason I made my booking at this property

The staff was rude. Water pressure was low. Room was outdated and dirty

The price seemed nice

The room was not safe. The door had a 2 inch gap once closed. And there was no safety lock on the inside of the door. The shower was not clean, the complementary lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were all previously used and half used. The a/c was not cooling the room. The entire 3rd floor was very hot when getting off the elevator.

Clean and convenient.

Pool should be cleaned daily and the handy capped lift has a wasp nest in it. One of my priorities is a nice clean pool.

We loved the location. It was sitting off the main road. Brooke was so sweet at check in. Rooms were clean. Grab and go breakfast was great!!! Definitely coming back!!
