I enjoyed my stay.

I was traveling for business and had one small puppy with me that I picked up for a child. I was delivering the puppy that next morning. I called arpund 8 pm est wanting a room and would arrive aepumd 11pm central. I paid over the phone and was never asked by the reservation person if i had a pet. Since i was traveling i did not read if pets were allowed. I assumed the reservation person would tell me theyre not allowed on the front end. I would not have paid for that room if pets were not allowed obviously. I arrive and the lady takes my credit card and license. Still not question or mention about a pet not beimg allowed or if i have a pet. She runs my card and gives me my license and card back. Then ask me if i have a pet. I said yes are they allowed and she replied no. I said ok ill leave him in the car. I was not happy but once again i hahd already paid for the room. I bring all of my stuff in to go to my room and the informs me that i cannot stay there because she does not believe me when i say ill keep him in the car. Then she states she cannot refund me my momey because i did it online. You cannot keep my money kick me out because you dont trust me then demand the keys back. She was rude as well. Look all i want is my money back. I had no way to review all the details and i was never told no pets until i was handed the keys. Please contact me and please refund me the money.

Had a couple problems that were handled quickly by Shiri and Avi the staff on duty

Breakfast offering is basic. Room is good. TV picture is poor and although a smart TV the hotel does not enable connecting it to internet to watch say Netflix. That’s a shame.

We returned to our room only to learn it had not been cleaned. The front desk said simply that they "were shorthanded," but that I could come to the desk to get the things I needed. No prior notice, no offer to help us, no apology.

The room had no tv service. Even though I asked several times about it. The breakfast options were horrible as well

Over very pleased for a one night stay

Very nice front desk. Room was clean and comfy. The only negative was the bathroom door needed some WD-40 (which was a little annoying in the middle of the night). Would stay again.

I never got to check in. I was to far from Nashville. I mis read the distance when I booked Dean Taylor

The tv in 303 wasn't working properly..

The best part about this hotel was the staff. The staff was incredibly kind and knew how to build great rapport.

This is a decent property, but there was mold in the bathroom and dust on a shelf.

We had the pleasure of staying at this establishment on two occasions, both on our journey to our destination and on our return trip. Its convenient location, just off the freeway, made it an ideal choice for our stopovers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel pictures are not like the pictures on the website. I stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor and the ice machine was nasty and needed to be cleaned. My room was a suite and it was so many colors in that room it was hideous. When you first walk into the room the furniture was small for that space and it makes the room seem empty. The refrigerator wasn't getting cold. They had cheap shades in the room it was giving a Motel 6 vibe for a higher pay. The hotel use to be elegant but it's not any more. I was wondering why the hotel wasn't pack like other hotels. They advertise they have breakfast but it's breads and cereal and it doesn't last long. The bread that I tasted seemed to be Stell and not good. I would not book with them again. I suppose to have stayed 2 nights but cancelled the other night.

Room was large and comfy had everything you needed.

Friendly staff, safe area. Easy shopping and dining. Entertainment close by. Close to area i needed to be.

Vee, who wears many hats at this hotel, her customer service is A ! She makes my stays there comfortable each and every time! I do feel they could add a but more to their breakfast options.

My first road was infested with ants. My second room had a lot fewer ants.

Good stay

It was clean and updated, but the front desk smelled like weed and it was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. The ground would have been softer.

I really enjoyed my stay for multiple reasons but a few reasons stood out to me, such as the swimming pool, how peaceful it was and the fact that they actually give you time to check out. I wasn’t rushed out like at other facilities. Howard Johnson gives you grace and time to get up and gather your thoughts as well as your things with no stress and that was so important to me. I will be booking again just for that reason alone. I love my privacy and not being rushed to get out so in my book they deserve ten stars ⭐️:)

The room was clean. The bed was extremely hard. Water pressure was great in the bathroom, but the drain could not keep up with the water flow. Over all it was a good stay. I was traveling with 2 teenage girls. We all felt very safe. I would stay here again if I have to stop in Jackson again.
