We enjoyed everything except the bed it was a hard mattress

We wanted a safe and comfortable stop along the way and found it here. The restaurant next door, The Bleu Monkey Grill was pretty much in the same parking lot and it was perfect in both offerings and pricing.

Check-in was a bit slow, and I had to go all the way back downstairs (from the 4th floor with all my bags) because my room keys weren’t working. The curtains can’t close, and there are giant bright lights shining into the windows. I had to get clothespins from Walmart to partially close the curtains so I could sleep. The tub needs to be replaced; it was really messed up. I could also hear every little thing going on in the other rooms and in the hallway. Breakfast was good. Tv channels were good. Checkout was easy.

Very nice hotel for a great price. The rooms were clean and nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and a hot breakfast. I will definitely stay there again

My stay was comfortable. We were only in town for one night. I checked in online and our room was ready upon arrival. We upgraded our room for $10 more to business class layout, which totally worth for our the extra space. We checked out online which was super convenient.

The room was clean and we appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was good. I would use them again.

The shower made an annoying banging noise when we turned it on. It was terrible to set the temperature on the shower, it was either it extremely hot or cold.
Also we had trouble with the key card. We had to get another key card, as the first didn't work. The second key card was not much better. We had trouble getting in to our room but continued jiggling the card until it worked.

They are working on upgrading the units. Bed is uncomfortable and bathroom worn out.

The staff is so nice . Bed was wonderful and so was the hot tub and pool . The breakfast wasn’t great but it was edible I guess . I love this place

I didn't like that there wasn't a blanket in the room I got cold while husband was a little warm.
And we stayed 2 nights and the 2nd morning we had to eat breakfast in our room because, the dinning room was full with people visiting not eating. Other than that our stay was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. And our room was clean.

The whole room was "moist" our clothes in the suitcase, money sitting on the table, everything was moist...shower head had mold spores so definitely not doing that. we only stayed 2 of our 3 nights. We couldn't stay anymore it was too much, god only knows what we were breathing in. I asked the clerk about getting our money back for the last night, they couldn't do anything cuz we booked thru expedia....hoping expedia will see this and help us out....the pool is not heated so its cold, needs alot of updating.

Peaceful easy quick drive to hot springs national park and downtown hot springs. Secure we were never worried about our car being parked or the safety of the hotel. It was little hard to get ahold of someone at the front desk. But other then that not an issue

We liked the cleanliness (those housekeepers went above and beyond) the pool and the breakfast was ok, considering it is free! The coffee was least to be desired (again free) Also those with pets(unknown to us to be pet friendly)should be allowed on one floor only, us having allergies and someone on the same floor as us having a dog messed us up! Also the carpet on the first floor hallway either needs to be re-stretched or replaced. However, I would consider this property again

After being moved to a third room everything was perfect.

The property is old and in desperate need of a remodel. The room felt really rundown but was clean. The outside pet area had lots of litter and debris. The fire door to the stairs on level 2 was very hard to open. I did report this and it was being taken care of. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful.

My reservation was lost at check in. The hotel had no record of me even though I had the email and text.e ven though the desk guy was nice, It was super frustrating to tell him ALL my registration again and book from a scratch like i hadn't already while standing exhausted at night holding luggage.

I only stayed for 6 hours. But I liked the prompt check-in despite the late hour and the front desk staff was cordial.

Our across the hall neighbor's dog barked & howled for over an hour. I called the front desk a couple times. My wife had a horrible night being bit by something in the bed; (we think it was bedbugs.) Early the next morning a different dog started barking. When we asked to be moved, they did give us a different room.

We were put into room 108 directly by some type of generators. These generators or ?? would go off every 30 minutes. ALL NIGHT LONG. No sleep on Friday night. I requested to be moved and request was around 4pm Saturday. We were moved to room 408 and the noise was still loud. NO SLEEP SATURDAY NIGHT. WOW, checked out Sunday morning. I will be soooo glad to just get a good night sleep. I don't not recommend this hotel if you are on medication like I am and need more than 3 hours sleep. I won't be back
