Bathtub required separate rubber mat, burn hole in the curtains. Limited choices for tea in the room. Stained carpet. The beds were quite nice though.

Room layout is very good for more than traveler sharing the room. The rooms are a little dark and AC units are old. Parking lots do not connect from front to back. You have to go back out on the street. The outside area is small and in the middle of an industrial area. Lobby & breakfast area very small. It’s ok for a quick stop but there are better options in the area.

The elevator was not working when I checked in.

Very nice hotel. Continental breakfast was really good with lots of choices! Parking was a bit challenging when arriving late at night. Room was hot and stuffy when walked in mid afternoon, but once AC had a while to kick in, room temperature was good when we returned after the concert.

Everything was excellent..staff and stay... only thing was that they didn't replace/refill the shower gel bottle in the shower caddy...but it was ok .we went and bought our own at a store.

Loved my spacious room. Also the breakfast offered a nice variety.

The hotel staff was very friendly the location is right next to airport. We were going to the Festival Park and it was only a short drive , 15 minutes via Uber /Lyft. The hotel has shuttle service for airport pick up and drop off . Call them to pick you up .

Everything about this property was fantastic!

The rooms are outdated but comfortable beds. The pool was nice and warm.

Great stay except for staff at front desk was complaining while we ate breakfast.

When I'm not looking for a higher end experience, I almost exclusively stay at Hyatt Place hotels anymore. This is not like other Hyatt Place locations. Most other Hyatt Place locations I've stayed at are newer properties. This is not that. My complaints. 1. The PTAC unit had something wrong with it. It was noisy. 2. The room divider was not fully affixed or something was loose with it. Whenever someone would walk on the floor above us, something in there would rattle. I woke up both mornings of my stay early to that rattling. I had ear plugs in so it was loud enough to work its way through those. 3. Not enough parking. Some people may not mind parking in the street, but I've had a couple hit and runs on my car while parked in the street and I prefer to park in a parking lot these days. 4. Front door loading area is tight. I ended up getting locked in there by another car when I first arrived. They moved but, I had to sit and wait for a bit. 5. The rooms are tired. The photos don't really do them justice. Not sure why they would have put a new stone countertop on a bathroom vanity that is all beat up but they did that. The furniture and the woodwork are all banged up, stairwell carpet is stained and old. Small window in the room made it dark and claustrophobic feeling. Positives. 1. Seemed clean enough outside of the stairwell carpets which were stained. 2. The staff was good for the most part.

This property is very functional for anyone who needs a place to stay near to the airport. The rooms are clean, albeit a little rundown. The staff was very nice. The on-site restaurant is a little underwhelming with an extremely limited menu of things like chicken nuggets and pizza. But doordash can save the day if you're hungry and want something a little bit better .

Best beds ever!!! So comfy, i wish i could have laid there all day!

Probably one of, if not, the most convenient airport hotel I've stayed at, with 24-7 shuttle service to the airport, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the property, Rooms are affordable, spacious and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a full bar and a refreshment/convenience stand in the main lobby, a buffet breakfast room and coffee dispensers that actually dispense coffee pre-4am. WIll definitely stay here again prior to our next early flight out of Milwaukee. Highly recommend.

Convenient to the airport

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful! They also provided great breakfast options.

The property was run down, not what we expected from Hyatt. Staff was unfriendly—our key card stopped working several times during our stay, and never an apology from the staff for the inconvenience.
